Modern quiet house, by a stream, 2 mins from train

Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house is on a beautiful stream and has a kids playing area. There are beautiful walks, cycling, rollerblading and hikes straight from the house and Migros is close. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins away and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

We are renting a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30m2 apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is located on the ground floor (no steps), the free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Only three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live upstairs.

Elsau is located on the city border to Winterthur. Rural yet near the city. Visit Winterthur with its cafes, museums, technorama or music festivals! Zurich can be reached by train and car in 30 minutes. But also the Rhine Falls or the border with Germany and Austria. The property has an independent entrance as well as parking, is close to the bus or train stop. In summer, the in-house pool can be used by arrangement. Baby cot by arrangement.

The vacation home half is in a quiet location. On the ground floor, there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom being a walk-through room for the bedroom behind it. The wooden house is comfortably furnished with wooden furniture and has everything it needs for a nice stay. Games available for all ages.

My Airbnb is near forests in the middle of the village at the countryside. But still really near the next big citys - Frauenfeld and Winterthur. Easy traveling with bus & train, station near 100m of the airbnb. With a 10 to 20 minutes walk, you are at the next "Weiher" (ponder, sea). A pleasant stay for couples, solo adventures, business trips and families (with children).
