Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Eleven Point River

As others have said, the duplex is older, but clean. The parking was good for me. The location is conveniently on Thomasville, but Thomasville is a little busy so there is some road noise. I used earplugs and there was a fan there if you like white noise. Otherwise it is quiet and peaceful. Everything was sufficient and I appreciated the pricing in comparison to other available properties for my stay. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view from the living room! The location was great to hit a lot of trails and sights around the area. Big Spring being just down the road was amazing and a relaxing spot to finish out the days! Amenities were great, having access to a washer and dryer made such a difference after hiking all day. The neighboring property does have incredibly bright security lights at night that shine into the patio which was kind of a nuisance. Overall the place was a wonderful stay and I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area, I don’t think you can find a better view for the price!

This was a last minute booking, we just stayed one night to break up our drive back home and Heather was very responsive in our communications. Her place was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a relaxing night before a long drive home the next day. The couch and bed was comfortable and the shower was relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would book again if we're are every back in the area.

We had the BEST stay! The home was so clean and spacious. Perfect for our family gathering. Monica and Mark were wonderful and responsive. We enjoyed visiting with them and learning the history. The home was close to This was hands down one of my favorite Air B & B stays. My husband and I are secretly planning a stay later - without the kids. ;)

It's a nice clean house and a nice yard. Good place for a couple to stay or a family. Far enough off the highway don't have to worry about the traffic. Stephen was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Good place to stay.

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

The Mudita Spa was everything we hoped for and more. It was the most exquisite setting of any vacation home we've stayed in. She truly has a gem. When you first step in you notice how Immaculately clean it is. Then it's visually appealing with classy, luxury decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since I'm a coffee-holic my favorite kitchen item was the coffee bean grinder with complimentary beans! Bring bug spray, because you'll want to stay on one of the 3 back decks over looking the running creek/waterfalls. I couldn't get enough of its relaxing sound. There is SO much to say about this awesome place, I'm sure I'll forget something. This is a place where lasting memories are made. The float spa was a unique experience. The sauna was a welcoming warmth on a cool rainy day. The outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the creek felt so good. The Mudita Spa experience is worth the price. It's definitely worth the splurge.

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Blue house very much. The 4 of us like to vacation in the Van Buren area because we love to float the Current and Jack’s Fork Rivers. The Little Blue House is spacious, comfortable, clean and has all the amenities (full kitchen, dining area, 2+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking area) that we need to stay in the area and enjoy our floats. It’s in a perfect location, close to the Current River with great restaurants and grocery markets. The area is beautiful and scenic. Check in and checkout went well. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Amazing experience. No hassles. Easy instructions and communications. Everything matches from the pictures of the house to the description of it in words. Host is very generous and always reliable if need be. It felt like a second home in a sense.

Great stay as always! We had a group of 6 and couldn’t have found a better set up! We’ve stayed at this place the last several years and will keep coming back in the future! I’d highly recommend it!

First time in Jonesboro and will definitely be staying here again. The place was clean and easy to get in and out of. Being right on the downtown strip was perfect and parking was not hard to find. Absolutely recommend staying here!

This is a neat place when staying near Bull Shoals Lake/White River area! Greg was very responsive when I had a question upon our arrival into town and was accommodating with my request. The space has just what you need for a stay at the Lake. Kitchen is stocked well and layout of space is nice with thoughtful but minimal decor. We did not get the opportunity to use any of the shared spaces during our stay, but it appeared to be a nice area with what you needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking in the area!

Very nice place for the price. Check in was very simple. Clean quiet place. We appreciated the quick last second booking also. Being later in the evening we were not left waiting for a confirmation. It was near instant.

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.
