A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located onsite, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a pool, fitness center, business center, and dog park.

Great place to get away. Love that you could look at the field see rabbits and hear nature. Yet turn around your in the city. Ive lived in the country before... I did kill a scorpion (small) and remove a few hives starting on the pourch because weather was great for coffee in the morning and evening sunset. Train wasn't loud... does come through at night but no horns and I loved hearing the chickens in the morning with coffee watching the rabbits. Thank you for the perfect 10day get away!

We have stayed in the Anne Frank several times and will continue to book this spot when it is available. Jewellie is a wonderful host. The space is cozy. The price works well for what we get.
