Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Only 5 minutes off I-15, our suite offers a perfect scenic location! This spacious (720 square feet) suite is super clean with a "fresh" feeling. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon.
