Great place and a great deal. Huge house with a great kitchen to gather round at the end of the day. Stayed cool despite arriving during warmer than normal temperatures. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a place to stay anywhere near Calhan.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The portable AC units upstairs helped with warm days. They were very responsive with any questions and messaged with details such as a heads up the lawn service was coming. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A perfect host and the cutest property. My partner and our 4 kiddos stayed for a last minute trip and we really enjoyed the property. Marian was so sweet and gave our toddler a little tour of the animals. Marian is very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again.

We were able to book last minute when our previous option was too small for our needs. Great lower level space. Cabin feel. Had everything we needed. Kitchenette to make breakfast. Super comfortable king bed. Will definitely book again if available when we are in town to visit family

Exceptionally clean! Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the RV was. Plenty of space for my husband and I with 3 kids 5 and under. Hosts were incredibly friendly and quick response time with any questions. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!

Such a peaceful place to stay. I loved visiting the horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats and the wild ones that showed up to graze. The view with Pikes Peak in the background was gorgeous! Enjoy a cup of coffee with a relaxing view. It’s about 30 minutes to Monument, Elizabeth and Franktown. Had everything I could need to cook meals and sleep well in the bed. This place is so cute! The kids loved petting the horses and the gnome room and all the outdoor games. The property is beautiful and Marni is so accommodating and friendly. Immaculate vibes here.

The view was literally a fantastic view of Pike's Peak. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very family friendly. We loved every moment we stayed at the house, but we were out site seeing everyday. Francisco was responsive and accommodating. Will stay here again when we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

We visited the Stampede and it was an amazing place to stay. Marni was wonderful. Great communication and a phenomenal host. Loved having coffee outside with the fireplace in the morning. Great way to start the day. Would stay again.

We spent Christmas at Tita’s and had a wonderful time. We loved the backyard. The neighborhood is really nice and there is so many restaurant, grocery stores near by.

This home really lives up to its name, The Sanctuary. We've stayed here before on vacation and fell in love. When my partner and I started planning our small weddingwe knew this is where we wanted it to be. We were so delighted to be approved to do so. This beautiful home was praised by all our friends and family. The decor fulfilled the vibes of our wedding and I can't wait to see how pictures have turned out. The hosts were welcoming and very accommodating. And our night was happily ended reading our vows privately to each other in the gorgeous copper tub. Happy to have celebrated our special day here. Forever memorable!
