Spacious, comfortable and private apartment in a safe, central, noisy and VERY BUSY area! Private parking (with a gate), just 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the pier. Close to supermarkets,a grocery store right on the corner, a cafe, as well as food stalls (tacos and breakfasts) a few meters away. wifi available and NETFLIX account for our TV. This is a beautiful, romantic and quiet place with a huge deck that feels like you are in the Ocean, literally the waves break right in front of the Deck, no other place like this ideal for couples. it is 5 minutes away from downtown and 20 minutes from valle de Guadalupe, very Close to the best restaurants in Town ,surfing spots, tacos, breweries, super markets and gas Station. You can literally admire the ocean from every spot in the apartment.
