This house is beautiful, better than in the pictures. Rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Charity was very responsive and helpful solving minor issues that appeared. We had a great stay and the place is highly recommended!

This home was beyond expectations. Everything was so gorgeous - beautiful art, antique furniture, incredible tile and stone work, gorgeous chandeliers. The house has some incredible outdoor spaces - wine on the rooftop in the evening is a must. We spent most of our time out of the house, exploring San Miguel de Allende, but we could have easily enjoyed ourselves just hanging out at the house. The breakfasts were also soooo tasty, and there’s a great Breville for yummy lattes and espressos. I would absolutely stay here again. An incredible experience.

This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The house is exquisite and so thoughtfully designed and furnished. We had an amazing time and will be back. The staff were great and everything was beyond our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen, enjoying the views from the roof top terrace, and the children loved the pool and all the flowers. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly special!!!!

In San Miguel de Allende, its accommodations are ideal for family trips or large groups — well-kept, functional spaces with that special touch that makes all the difference.

Villa Privada is a stunning property situated within a private community, walking distance from the town center. Its location on a steep hill may pose challenges for individuals with health issues such as heart conditions, asthma or arthritis, as ascending the hill can be more difficult than descending. However, taxis are readily available for a convenient ride home. The Villa boasts breathtaking views from its terraces, a picturesque courtyard with a pool and living area perfect for our group of three couples to congregate. The Villa's appointments and comfort levels are exceptional throughout. Luzma and her staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, preparing delicious breakfasts daily at our request, setting a wonderful tone for our day Angelica Juarez provided invaluable assistance as Property Manager, expertly handling Villa queries and transportation logistics. Deborah , the owner , was very responsive and friendly. Our experience at Villa Privada was truly exceptional!

Absolutely stunning and beautiful, enchanting place to stay. Alma was an absolute gem and made us breakfast every day and was extremely helpful and accommodating. The host was very responsive and willing to help. They even accommodated my baby and went and purchased a high chair for my stay. The beds and linens were high end. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would definitely recommend the apartment. I give it a 100 out of 10. It exceeded our expectations even though the weather was not very pleasant to use the jacuzzi and the pool, but still the service was excellent. Emilio is a super attentive person, who I know cares about the comfort of the people who rent his apartment. At all times he answered any questions quickly, and gave us solutions to the small things that came up unexpectedly. The apartment is too comfortable, I would say, with everything necessary to have a very pleasant time. We definitely recommend it and would go back.

We had a lovely stay! The location was ideal and a short walk to countless restaurants and shopping. About a 5min stroll to the square - perfect! Would love to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay!!!! I have lived in Mexico for 20 years in Cozumel. Before I booked I asked very specific questions as I wanted complete privacy, spacious outdoor space. This Air B n B matched everything I was looking for. Walking to the central touristic main areas was 12 minutes. Living at sea level a little challenging the altitude of San Miguel De Allende, however the Uber service is exceptional! Something that is not available in my area of Mexico. What was super exceptional I had to change my entire trip to a new date for a major family medical emergency the day before I was to fly! Lynn was so understanding, worked with me non stop. I was able to rebook my dates. Very caring for the situation her and Brigham. Walk carefully. Brigham rightly advised that. Bring good walking shoes! This air B n B is exactly what I was looking for! Peace and quiet and privacy. A great alternative to hotel stays. Thank you so much to both of you! Will book it again in a heartbeat!

I literally felt at home, very well located to get to the center, the amenities of the place are very good, great showers, pool and gym, but the stay was incredible, and Carlos's service, not to mention, it's a place that we would definitely return to 👏🏻

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Very nice apartment, we love the terrace. We were very comfortable and the transportation service that the residential has was incredible. Daniel always answers our doubts, superhost!!! We will be back.

Very nice apartment with good space. The terrace is private and very good size as well. The common areas are very well cared for, with great attention from the administrator and also with many spaces in the subdivision for walking or running. Everything is very functional inside the apartment and great location

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

The room was amazing and we had a lot of privacy. The bed was a little bit hard for our taste but at the end we enjoyed it. The included breakfast was delicious.

Our trip to San Miguel de Allende was absolutely unforgettable, thanks in large part to our hosts Antonio and Alex. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warm hospitality and helpful advice. The accommodations exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, very close to the Parroquia, and the terrace view is amazing! Thank you for such a pleasant stay. We can't wait to be back!

Excellent location, Alberto is very kind, he was always attentive to what we might need. We had a very nice stay, definitely a place we would return to. Access to the city center was very easy, you didn't need a car since you can walk to wherever you want.
