The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. We really enjoyed our stay! We were two adults and two small children, and we fit comfortably in the bedrooms. The place is compact but very functional. We spent most of our time out and about, but while there, we could easily cook, do laundry, and watch TV. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We visited during a quiet time of the year, so the atmosphere was very peaceful. The view of Montgo from the yard is stunning. The house has been well renovated and had everything we needed. While not very large, it is compact and practical. A great place to stay! Also great and easy communication with the host.

We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at this beautiful villa. Hosts were excellent. So attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful, the heated pool a real bonus. It’s impeccably clean and has everything you need. It’s private and peaceful with secure parking. The garden and pool is well maintained and the view from the villa of the mountain is stunning. The surrounding area has so much to offer; beautiful walks, great restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Lots of lovely places to visit in the car if you wish to venture out. Would highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed. Very sad to leave and will return next year to this villa. This has now become one of our favourite places to stay. Really loved it.
