Family-friendly vacation rentals in El Poblenou, Sant Martí

Looks better than the photos. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Loved the decor and very convenient location. The doorman of the building was also quite friendly and helpful. My only note (which is not the host’s fault) is that there was a strong sewer smell in one of the bathrooms which would then make the bedroom that was attached to that bathroom smell the same. Other than that we were very pleased with everything.

We had a fabulous time staying here. The villa was amazing with beautiful views. Lots of space and the pool was a great addition in the heat. Great base to get to the F1 circuit. Would definitely return 😃

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Sehr gute Lage (20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand); viele nette Restaurants in der Umgebung; Metro-Station in der Nähe. Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Roger war sehr flexibel und hat uns viele sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

We loved the neighbourhood of the duplex – tasty bakeries, cafés, eateries, and groceries are round the corner and Sant Boi train station only a few minutes away by walk, yet it’s nice & quiet inside. We went to the major tourist attractions downtown by public transportation (~half an hour one way) and to the airport directly by bus L77 (~20 min). Spacious, cozy, accessible and with the basic amenities we needed, this duplex was perfect for our group of six. Raquel was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Will book it again if we come back to visit Barcelona.

Desde la llegada al piso, todo fue espectacular. tanto el recibimiento de Cloe como la comunicación con Laura por mensajes, siempre atenta y respondiendo con rapidez. Estuvo dispuesta a ayudar durante toda nuestra estadía y el apartamento es realmente hermoso, impecable y con una ubicación extraordinaria. definitivamente volveremos!!

wir hatten eine tolle zeit im appartment von oliver. die kommunikation war sehr top, alles sauber und die wohnung so wie auf den fotos mit viel platz. auch die lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit der ubahn gut an das stadtzentrum angeboten. gerne wieder!

We loved Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and clean. Had many amenities and was very comfortable. Close to the metro and away from the crowds. Highly recommend!!

It was a lovely stay in Pep’s apartment. I really enjoyed the precise instruction by Alfonso! The apartment is very close to Sagrada de Familia and other restaurants and cafes. I’ll recommend to stay there

We found Gerardo’s apartment perfect for our visit to Barcelona. It is only a block away from the Segrada Familia, easy to get in and out of, spotlessly clean, in a good neighborhood, and roomy for our family of four. Gerardo was easy to communicate with and helpful. It is easy to recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria/Paula’s house. It was located in very friendly area with restaurants and transportation near by, it was very easy to walk to grocery stores and cafes near by and had a great time in Barcelona!

Good place accessible pool plenty transport links to attractions and busier areas nearby. Lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby within 10/15 minute walk. Plenty amenities to cook with and watch telly and good size balcony.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Mercedes. Mercedes est une personne très agréable,souriante,toujours disponible pour discuter et rendre service. Plus qu'une hôte,on dirait qu elle est de la famille. elle donne des bons conseils de visites et autres. Ses logements sont très bien équipés, très fonctionnels et la piscine un gros plus après des journées de visites sous la chaleur! Barcelone est à 30 mins en train et il faut compter 20 mins de marche pour rejoindre la station de train. Il y a des bus à passer à 50 m de sa maison mais peu fréquent surtout le week-end. Nous avons manger dans 1 super restaurant la Ponderosa à 10mins de marche ou la paella,les tapas sont excellents et bon marché! Pour résumer je conseille fortement le logement de Mercedes qui se trouve au calme loin du tumulte de Barcelone pour passer des soirée détente et des nuits reposantes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. The Place was clean an very beautiful!

Would definitely recommend. Wife and I stayed with our 2 year old son, and they had a booster seat and pack n play all setup up on our arrival. Location is close to the beach, and walkable to most attractions. Host is responsive and provided recommendations for our stay.

Myself and 10 friends booked this villa for a week and it was such a fantastic experience! The villa and surrounding grounds are spectacular. The villa is clean, bedrooms comfortable and all modern appliances to cook for yourself and plenty of space for up to 12 people. There is a small grocery shop 4 min walk away where we were able to do all of our shopping, very handy. It would be even better if there was more sun loungers for all guests for next time. Chee-Kong was great and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We plan to book again in the future.

Great location, easy access to the beach and train into the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Just the right size of apartment/space.
