The only shared space will be the driveway when coming in or out of the property This studio is better for a single person , but it does accommodate a couple willing to share a doble bed . NO PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY PROVIDED. NO WASHER AND DRYER . There is enough and safe parking on the street. ABOUT 275 square feet.
