Communication with Francia was excellent from the beginning, she was attentive to answering our questions and providing us with information. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it was clean and with everything you need for your stay; the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The complex is easily accessible and is very close to the main park of La Tebaida, supermarkets and shops. It's a good place to stay

Super recommended, a place to share with family and friends, the unit is spectacular. If it looks nice in the photos, the reality is even better. Everything is very nice, super big, the apartment is very cozy and has everything you need to spend a few incredible days, super large green areas, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, 10/10 service, they were always attentive to everything and responded super fast. A place I would return to. I recommend it 100%. A good view and lovely nature. Everyone was very friendly from start to finish, attentive to everything!

Great place to stay and get relaxed with your family. It was clean and neat!! It’s on the corner just by the pool, jacuzzi and steam room, just a couple steps to reach the wet area. I would come with my family definitely.

Excellent. The apartment is just like the photos with the amenities they listed; the view, beautiful. They had basic things like sugar, salt and coffee available in the apartment. The hostess was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. It is very well located, there is a supermarket, shops, bakeries, restaurants nearby and if you want there are also several restaurants that deliver to homes there. Easy to take public transportation, if required, the bus passes one block away.

A beautiful, clean apartment, exactly as shown in the photos, and in a gated residential complex with ideal accommodations for the family. Diana always responded very quickly and they were attentive. The process is not in person, but the information is always very clear.

Excellent hosts, nice, clean and tidy apartment. The area has supermarkets nearby, the only uncomfortable thing is that it does not have parking in the building. You have to park on the street or in a nearby parking lot, but it is not convenient.

Very nice stay

Haven't lived in other apartments in Armenia, but I am sure staying in Jimenas apartments is the best experience. Amazing communication, service, good quality accommodation, furnished with all you can need. This apartment is near supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop so in few minutes you can be in the city center or Salento or other locations of this coffee region.
