Casa Azul is now Casa Monstera! A cosy studio in the heart of Lajares, renovated in 2024, only two steps away from the lively town centre. It is situated at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gives it a lot of privacy. Fast internet connection. The accommodation has a lovely outdoor seating area with an outdoor kitchen. The studio offers fantastic views on the volcanic landscape towards El Cotillo. It’s situated close to all surf spots, supermarket, bakery, bus station and a pharmacy.

Cosy appartment in peaceful old harbour area

The Nook is in the old harbour area of cobbled streets just 40 steps to the the shoreline and the famous restaurants on the harbour side. It is a very peacefull ground floor appartment. A private patio leads off the master bedroom where you can relax in the shade or dine in the fresh air. There is also a very large shared roof terrace with a table and sun loungers for guests. The tiny cobbled street leads to the headland where you can enjoy sunsets or walk to the lagoons 10 minutes away.

Ubicada a las faldas de unos volcanes nuestra villa se encuentra en el pueblo del Roque, justo a dos minutos en coche de Cotillo y a dos kilometros de sus fabulosas playas. Somos una familia con cinco niños y ésta es nuestra casa, de modo que solamente la alquilamos cuando estamos de viaje. Generalmente no está disponible para el alquiler vacacional. Y la hemos construido nosotros mismos Tanto dentro como fuera encontrarás un entorno único, lleno de plantas y detalles con mucho cariño.

If you come by bus, central station is few meters away, easy to come from the airport and conect to the island by bus. Area is quite and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
