Really nice and place overall and quiet area. Nothing really walkable distance but not too far of a drive away from everything you’d want to see in PR. Definitely a great stay for me and my friends.

Miguel was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay, everything was convenient and easy! The place was as described and very clean.

Mario was such a great host and he responded to our questions promptly. He is very accommodating. House was kept clean and organized.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Our host was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, she made my family feel like we were part of hers. She was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive — always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The home was exactly as described and more — clean, welcoming, and full of warmth. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great experience. We felt so at home during our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Qastle was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious and very clean. Check in/out process was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy place to stay, the area is kinda sketchy but all the Ubers come asap and it’s cheap ones to! Place is nice my only problem is the second bathroom

It was a family stay to get easy to the baseball Park. But really recommend it peace, comfortable and spacious.

Host was helpful and responsive. They thankfully even let us check in early. The place had everything we needed, it was near to everything and it was clean! All around a beautiful place

Overall experience was awesome nothing to complain about we had 9 people and there was more places to sleep than advertised. Host responded quickly and was very flexible with check in and check out times. The location is perfect there is places that are walkable and close cheap Ubers to placita and old San jaun.

We had a pleasant stay at Kate's place. The location offered a unique glimpse into the local neighborhood and lifestyle, which we appreciated. Kate's quick responses and helpfulness were standout qualities during our stay. However, we encountered a few minor challenges. The bedding provided had some limitations, including thin and insufficient sheets, as well as a shortage of pillows. These aspects could be improved for future guests' comfort. Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and appreciated Kate's efforts to ensure our comfort

The place is impeccable and has all the necessary amenities. I was close to many entertainment and food venues. We loved it!!! 100% recommended. 🤩

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Honestly this place was amazing not only did it look beautiful, but it felt like home, local places are not that far away from this place and close to the beach. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Looks just like the photos , the patio view even better than the photos. Perfect location , very walkable. The amenities in the lobby are prefect for your stay. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond. I will definitely be coming again for a longer stay!

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.

Colores (it was only after we arrived and saw an abundance of tastefully done purple/violet objects that we realized why it was called Violeta) was absolutely phenomenal. You are right in the heart of beautiful, bustling Old San Juan. All the bars, restaurants, clubs, sights and history of the area right there and the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. The responses were always prompt and professional. And the property itself is beautiful. Many stairs to climb to get to the third floor, if that’s a consideration for you. But the bed is so soft and comfy and the closet is spacious. Laundry right in the unit. And the roof deck is great! We booked the room for the hot tub, which I was prepared not to be wild about, since it’s portable. But I was wrong. Sipping a glass of wine (or one of the six pack of Medalla that was thoughtfully left in the fridge for us!) under the stars with a relaxing soak was awesome. Five stars, can’t wait to return!
