A luxury place. Very clean and tidy. Catalina was an excellent host and communicated with us at all times. The apartment has a beautiful view and the accommodation has everything you need for a perfect stay. We'll definitely be back!!

Nice, spacious apartment and large terrace, all with a spectacular view and very good location within the San Alfonso del Mar condominium. Ruben was a great host, before and during the stay he immediately answered any questions. The only thing that would improve would be the quality of the internet/Wi-Fi and its stability for streaming, but I would understand that it is an issue in the area. I would definitely come back! Great place, good space for couples or families with 1 or 2 children. The condominium's surroundings are safe and quiet. It's close to services and good restaurants. Close to the beach and the most traditional area of Algarrobo.

Friendly host. Nice place. But there were few towels and the gas in the barbecue ran out. One issue is that there is no hot pool for guests, I believe it would be good, it would be a good pastime for the cold as well as Caldas Novas that the hotels give access to the hot pools.

The house is amazing, it has all the necessary amenities and more. The owners are spectacular, extremely friendly, very concerned about all the details, they welcomed us in the best way and made us feel right at home. The accommodation met all the requirements for an excellent stay, it was very clean and tidy. Communication with Felipe was very pleasant. As for the distance from the beach, it was about 7 minutes, and the walk was very pleasant. Close to businesses and the "main" street where supermarkets were located. In short, it exceeded our expectations.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (no swimming) and security. The three rooms are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are impeccable, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

The listing photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is! The house is located in a beautiful and quiet environment, just above the sea, where you can relax listening to the sound of the waves or just looking around. It is super comfortable, cozy and well decorated, with everything you need to feel at home and the jacuzzi gives the stay a perfect touch. Definitely recommended to go as a couple or family, in addition Jaime is a very good host, always attentive to what you need.

Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, nice and ideal for children. We loved the entertainment room, you or the children can watch movies comfortably, as well as play since it has some toys for them. Even read for a while, something that appeals to you from its small but interesting selection of books. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We hardly heard any noise in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest next to the condominium that is very pleasant to look at. And Karina was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

We stayed in this apartment and the experience was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy and with a very neat aesthetic that made it cozy and pleasant. In addition, it was fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A nice touch was the welcome gift, and the service from the hosts was prompt and cordial at all times. Its location is strategic for those who want to visit other attractions in the area. As a suggestion for the winter season, it would be ideal to have a more powerful heating system both in the rooms and in the common spaces. Definitely a place we'd come back to!

This place is beautiful, the view is spectacular, very well equipped and clean. It is located near the sea, a safe condominium and many places to walk and relax. Very close to Quintay, where you have options for eating and walking. I recommend it 100%.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, the condominium is very nice and very quiet, ideal for a good rest. Note that the living room has no curtains, as shown in the photographs. It wasn't a problem for me, but if a guest is very protective of their privacy, they might be interested in this information.
