Vacation rentals with breakfast in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

Super nice host that responds quickly. The location is a little further away than hoped. Google maps gives a certain time to Valencia in advance, but for the cozy part the travel time is x2. Supermarket and other amenities all very far away, something we Dutch people are not used to:) The house was great if you love peace and quiet. Swimming pool can be a little cleaner (doesn't seem to be a filter), beds are really too small for several couples. A little more towels would also be a godsend for several days. Airconditioners do their job well by floor!

Everything went very well during our stay, I recommend this listing!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

convenient and comfortable accommodation with adjoining bathroom. Good bedding. Good public transport connection. The beach is a 15-minute walk. There is a lot of work in the neighborhood so it's a little noisy but there are double glazed windows. Mercedes is very welcoming and gives good advice.

We had a great time as 4 couples in this large, very spacious apartment and had a great time in Valencia. Gonzalo is a great host, very considerate, who had prepared everything we needed for breakfast, and even beach towels. He answered all of our questions very quickly. We would highly recommend this apartment.

A wonderful stay! I had a great time with this lovely family. Everyone was incredibly friendly and warm, you immediately felt welcome. The breakfast was not only delicious, but also prepared with a lot of love, a perfect start to the day! The house itself is beautiful, very well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. I highly recommend the stay and would love to come back!

It is a super well-equipped apartment, very clean and everything is well organized. It is a neighborhood on the outskirts of Valencia but we have had no problems either parking or with the people (we had been told that it was a somewhat delicate neighborhood) The location is ideal as you have the tram 50m away and you can move anywhere by public transport.

Cool, roomy apartment in Paterna for our visit to València. Some food in the fridge ( putting the 2nd B in BnB) was very nice for a change. Beautiful park nearby. València center easily reachable by public transportation. All in all we were very happy with the place. Thanks!

Flat with 3 rooms and 1 bathroom spotless, renovated and all the amenities. Ideally located next to downtown and a parking lot 50m away. The host pending, communicative and very proactive when an issue arose, q is what you can ask for in these cases. Highly, highly recommended. Definitely to be repeated.

Guillermos place is amazing!!! in the Science district, great greenery -and water- for our fun loving, fat old dog! A million buses to the old town...2 EURO each way! Swagat Indian just next door, which does INCREDIBLE food. Oh and Guillermo is the nicest man alive!!!

Colinda and Geert are wonderful hosts and they made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and spotless, and every morning we were greeted with a great smile and an extensive breakfast. 100% recommend this place if you want to escape the busy city life for a few days. Thank you for having us!

This residence with its very welcoming staff is recommended without a second thought. Breakfast included. Modern, very clean with everything you need for your linen. A little far from the center of Valencia is the only reserve point, but 5 minute walk to Godella station (where there is a bar and restaurant)

Laëtitia and Jean-Luc were extremely friendly and helpful, yet discreet and quiet. They clearly are passionate about their B&B and guests can feel it easily with the attention to details and care they both demonstrate: warm welcome, home made breakfast, local products, cosy room, super clean bathroom and room. A perfect location near the train station and gorgeous town centre. Ideal place to enjoy some sunshine, discover the many orange fields, local mountains or for a day trip to the beach. Banana beach was great place to stay. Very close to the beach

Patricia, was by far the best Airbnb we have been to. Her hospitality was above and beyond. She was so gracious in offering us food and comfort in her beautiful house. Enjoyed staying there 20 minutes away from the bigger city. We even saw running of the bulls while we were in her small neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room is as described and the host is there to help. She is very responsive. The stay was very nice and the city of Valencia is a delight.
