Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Had a very nice stay at Diana's apartment. Quick communication and a good reception by Carlos. Apartment is beautiful and very spacious, beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Great location 300 meters from the nearest beach and supermarket and eateries also a few hundred meters away.

Alberto is a wonderful host! The facilities are fantastic, with a huge pool and a good breakfast/lunch available at a nearby café. The yacht is clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need. The scenic road to the city if commuting by bike, it makes the experience even more enjoyable.

This place was absolutely perfect for the five of us! As a group of young girls this was absolutely ideal for a fun beach holiday that still had the city elements! We spent every day at the gorgeous beach where the waves were so calming, the sand was so soft and at the time of year was very quiet and peaceful! We popped into the city a few times - 2 shopping days meant we should’ve had extra room in our suitcases !!! It’s a beautiful city, we loved our dinner in ‘Begin’, highly recommended! We did a day trip in Madrid which was also fantastic, Juan answered all our questions with a timely manner and his house was perfect, you couldn’t beat the beach location paired with the close by city life and the smart tvs in the house provided us with memorable movie nights too, thank you very much for this stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much and the accommodation was perfect, even better than we expected. Aitor was proactive and even helped us with the transfer to the airport and making a reservation for the paddle, as those who are not Spanish do not know how to make it. We recommend everyone to use Aitor's accommodation. We'll definitely be back there! 🙂🙏

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, there is no dishwasher. However, dishwashing utensils are also provided. Upon entering the apartment for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, would definitely come back anytime 🥰👍

Carles apartment is absolutely magnificent. The seaview from the apartment is amazing with actually both pool and seaview. We were checked in by Tamara who was so nice and helpful and speaks very good English. The apartment is very well equipped, towels, sun chairs for the beach and all the kitchen utensils you would need. We could not recommend it highly enough and will certainly be back if returning to Valencia. Lovely bars and restaurants in the area with friendly staff ... overall a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

I was the one who booked, but wasn't part of the trip, it was my daughter and her friends. So here is her review: Beautiful place, cosy, well equipped. Beautiful surroundings, restaurants and grocery store close by. Hosts were amazing, very responsive, great check-in with Sergio and all his good tips. Access to the beach; and chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were provided by hosts. Nice touch. Only downside, a bit difficult to access with public transport.

Great apartment in Alboraia, literally on the beach. We loved watching the scene outside every day and walking the lively shoreline. The apartment is even better in person, very comfortable and clean. The perfect place for a beach stay! Note that the apartment is a bit of a commute to center city but we expected that. Our host Jose was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions.

The apartment is located in the most charming area of Valencia just 10 min walking distance from Malvarossa beach and the public transport options to go to the old town at your doorstep. The apartment is spacious and spotless with all the commodities and kitchen equipment to make it feel like home. there are many nice bars and restaurants around and best churros in town just around the corner. Additional value added was staying in this neighbourhood to see Easter week processions from the apartment balcony without leaving the flat! That was so unexpected and beautiful experience. Really recommend to anyone who want to taste the authentic local atmosphere.

The AirBnb was great! Everything very clean, easy access via mobile phone (electronic lock), super clean, close to the beach! Only at night the area is not so safe, there are many drunk/drugged people or homeless people. We were 2 girls and then just took an Uber at night. So you have to be a little careful, but then it's not a problem! :)))

Great place to stay, right on the beach close to restaurants and beach bars, bus/tram stop as well as open top Red Bus for city tours. Jaume very accessible if we needed which we didn’t.

Amazing apartment! Great location right by the beach, with a lovely beach bar and lots of restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Apartment spacious, clean, all the facilities needed for a short break (had washing facilities too if you were staying longer) and lovely balcony to sit and people watch. Supermarket also within 10 minutes walk which was handy for supplies. Would recommend and would return. Host was always responsive immediately and was really informative.
