Very nice apartment, 2P, 65 m2, with parking, great location on the shores of Lake 2, leisure and business town between Marsa and Tunis. 15 min walk to the lake, 200 meters to Tunisia Mall and 500 meters to Hannibal Clinic. 15 min drive to the beaches of Gammarth, Carthage, La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, and downtown Tunis. Very nice view of the hills of Carthage and forest. Very high standing building. Living room + 1 bedroom + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom. Very well furnished. Numerous nearby restaurants

A very high-standard apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Tunis. Lively neighborhood with shops, restaurants and all the shops you might need. Close to the Concorde Hotel and the Paris Hotel. The apartment is composed of a living room, two bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Very bright and sunny thanks to its large windows, including the living room overlooking a small balcony with a beautiful view where you can have breakfast facing the sunrise or sunset.

A stylish bright 3BDR flat maintained to high standards, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in a modern guarded residence in one of Tunis finest neighbourhood. It would perfectly suit a family or business visitors, the flat accommodates up to 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The flats is decorated with original vintage film posters from my very own collection featuring Tunisian, Egyptian, Lebanese and Syrian cinema dating all the way back to the early 1930s..

Well-equipped and very neat apartment, located in one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. Close to all amenities (mall, hypermarket, luxury shops, airport...) The neighborhood is residential and secure, walking distance to the beautiful lake. Close to the airport. it is halfway between downtown Tunis and the northern suburbs. It is suitable for a business stay or vacation. NB: there is no private parking space.
