Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

The iconic tui brewery is a great place for lunch and a refreshment and also Pukaha Mt Bruce is an amazing wildlife reserve is well worth a visit with the kids - both are within 25 mins from the cottage
