På en stor solig tomt full av fruktträd finns detta nyrenoverade hus. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.

Huset är byggt 2021 och har fullt utrustat kök, badrum med tvättmaskin, sovloft med dubbelsäng, bäddsoffa, trevlig frukostveranda samt uteplats i bästa solläge. Mälaren och möjlighet till bad ligger 800m bort, Troxhammar golfklubb ligger 300m bort och vackra utflyktsområden med skogar för svamp och bärplockning finns precis runt husknuten. Busshållplats 200m från huset, ca 30 minuter med bil från stan. Parkering i anslutning till huset.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
