The kitchen has different utensils that are essential for preparing food, as well as a blender, coffee maker, microwave oven, stove with oven, juicer, etc. In the dining room we have a fireplace and smart TV, which has a satellite television system.

A few meters away are grocery stores, a bakery, an OXXO store, and a butcher shop. The bus station is 3 blocks away. We have security at the entrance booth to the subdivision from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
