Historic farm property by the Põltsamaa River. You have a river side 75m2 with private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, hallway and terrace. On the large territory of the farm stand, it is possible to walk along the riverfront and disconnect from the worries of the day.
