A second bedroom with 2 single beds (or as a double bed) and a single bed, billiard room, large kitchen with dining table and dishwasher as well as another toilet and shower. The very idyllic landscape of the Oderbruch invites you to take walks or bike tours.

The property is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an apartment complex in a quiet backyard in the middle of Cottbus city center. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom is used for a good night's sleep. The skylight can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets are within walking distance in a few minutes.

We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.
