It has a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom (for your usage only) as well as a west balcony. The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Rotlkinker building in the popular district of Barmbek-Süd close to Winterhude.

The location is very quiet in the villa district Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful plots of land in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the fairy pond and the Alster. It couldn't be nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity there are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreation opportunity in the countryside with a view of the pond. The large playground in the park offers plenty of variety for children.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
