The B&B has its own entrance. In our attractively furnished rooms, there are, among other things, a box spring, walk-in shower, air conditioning and a seat overlooking the hill country. We have three double rooms, each with its own walk-in shower and a cozy communal kitchen where you can prepare and eat breakfast. If desired, we can also offer breakfast at 2 restaurants located near our B&B. Breakfast is therefore not part of our room price but is optional to book.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable and consists of a cozy living room with an open kitchen. The sofa can be converted nto a bed with a luxurious topper. Country house Het Bovenste Bos

The Bovenste Bos is located in the Geul Valley of the rustic Epen, surrounded by rolling meadows, fruit orchards, sunken roads and green hills of the South Limburg countryside. You can stay in one of the 12 characteristic rooms in the farmhouse. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In addition, on the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a fireplace, and you can use a terrace with beautiful views. (pietje)

Beautiful rural monumental B&B in the Limburg landscape. Space for 3 guests. Extra bed on request! 1st floor fully available. Private bedroom of 30 m2, private bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet. Also a private roof terrace of 25 m2 with lounge set plus umbrella and dining table. It was deliberately decided not to place a television in the rooms. In the garden, there is a swimming pool that can be used.

Both rooms are on the ground floor. - Breakfast can be booked for €15 p.p.p.d. - There is a shared kitchenette for free use. - At 100 m, there are 2 restaurants and a supermarket.
