Newly furnished, with a lot of love for design & fully equipped 2-room loft. The apartment is very quiet and centrally located in Pilgerzell on the outskirts of Fulda. Completely renovated with two sleeping options, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, wooden floorboards, box spring bed and fireplace for colder days. Come and visit the beautiful Rhön Mountains! Eichenzell is the perfect place to visit Fulda as well… Our apartment was renovated in 2013 and has a sunny balcony, a nice bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, wooden floor, nice furniture and a 1,80 m bed in the bedroom and a couch where two additional people/kids can sleep. We (51,54,16,10) live on the first floor, have some henns in the garden, a black cat and appreciate to respect our guests, and to be respected in return.

The well-kept granny flat is situated in a quiet location below the Rauschenberg in a residential area. Shopping facilities and a pizzeria as well as a bakery are within walking distance. The city center and the train station are also only about 30 minutes away by foot. Cathedral Square concerts, musicals in the city castle or the events at the Hessentag 2026 can be reached in 2 minutes by bus or relaxed on foot. With us you have it quiet but still close to the city.

Welcome to our home! We rent a cozy and large sheep/living room with kitchen and bathroom on the second floor of the house. The apartment is located in Fulda - Kohlhaus. Parking is available free of charge on the street. By car, you'll be in the city center in about 10 minutes, but you can also take the bus. The stop is about 8 minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.
