Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We had a wonderful time with Theresa in Pfronten! The place was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful host who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with beautiful views of the mountains and lots of excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. You can linger and have conversations at the kitchen table. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Thank you very much, dear Sasa!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an amazing view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cabin & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking trails. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also right around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We felt very comfortable! Everything was clean. The apartment was as described and clean! The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had the swimming pool to ourselves. The region has a lot to offer businesses. (We were traveling by car.) We will be happy to come back. :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Kappl! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The pool area was truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. everything was perfect. We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price – very convenient! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, a completely successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

An ideal accommodation for a family with 2 to 3 children. It was incredibly clean and we slept great. Beds are great! Extra top: Halfway through the week we got clean towels, a fresh bread service every day, washing gel for the hands and dishwasher cubes provided. All of the extras you don't always find at a location.

We had lovely days at the property. Above all, the oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

We had a short but great stay. We were warmly received - despite the delay due to the traffic situation. There was a small treat on arrival and we got some tips about the area. The room was super nicely decorated. A direct feel-good atmosphere and the view of the mountains - just great!

The apartment is very well maintained, with a small hallway, on the level of which the very nice bathroom is also located. You can then reach the living level via two steps. Kitchen, dining room and living area are combined in one room. This is very bright and flooded with light. Very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean and in perfect condition. Everything is very neatly processed, whether joints, fixtures or pictures and deco, which are set up, everything is perfect. The bedroom is also very spacious and bright. All rooms are lovingly decorated with small details.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real home away from home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly support of the hostess and the loving details to welcome us or in the furnishings. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the great stay.

A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed via Airbnb and will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we’re in this region.

Amazing place, incredible location with access to amazing hikes/runs. The apartment wads very comfortable with nice touches like dimming lighting, very comfy bed, beautiful cozy balcony to enjoy the view, and all the other little touches (Including the luxurious sauna). Perfect hosts and welcoming hospitality. WOW! We had an amazing stay - there was absolutely nothing that we could find for them to even improve on! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place for us to enjoy during our little trip. We will most definitely be back.
