Apartment vacation rentals in Ehime

I feel good because I stayed in Matsuyama with a very good price and good facilities. The host is also very friendly and always responds quickly. There is a washing machine and cooking facilities, so it would be nice to go for a long stay with family and friends. There are two convenience stores right in front, lots of parking lots nearby, and the price is low, so I think it's a good choice to rent a car. It's very clean and quiet, so this is also great. You can also walk to Ohio, so you can drink until late and walk. For those who like running, it would be great to go out early in the morning and go around the house and go to Matsuyama Castle.

I was extremely happy with this apartment. The location was great. From Kochi Station it was only a ten minute walk. Within two minutes walking there were many bars and some restaurants. It was only a four minute walk to get to the main Shotengai shopping street. I was also very happy with how much space this apartment had. It was the biggest of all my other Airbnb's in Japan. Felt very spacious. the building is a little older (80s or 90s) but it was clean and no issues. I would definitely rent this place again. The only thing I think the manager should add is a box of Kleenex tissue. not a big deal though. I am very happy with this find...and enjoyed the stay.

the location is right next to a busy area yet it's quite during night time so you got plenty of things to do and easy to get around

It is conveniently located close to Kochi Station and Hirome Market. The water area was clean, and it was helpful to have a washer and dryer.Both the living room and the bedroom were spacious and I had a relaxing stay.

Just as in the photos. Quiet, well placed, nothing to repeat. I had a lovely 4 nights there.

The following corrections have been made:It is designed to be easy to read and make a good impression. --- There was a downtown area and a central area nearby, and it was in a very good location for access.There was a Seven Eleven, a coin laundry, and cheap coin parking right next door, which was very convenient during my stay. The bedroom was spacious and relaxing.The building itself is old, but I felt the nostalgia of the trip, and I thought the atmosphere was rather charming. The host's response was very quick, and I was able to stay with peace of mind.The toilet was clean and comfortable.Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation.

Great place to stay. You'll find everything you could ever need. Perfectly clean, great shower, comfortable bed, TV and beamer for entertainment. The rental bike provided is perfect for exploring the beautiful nature in the surrounding mountains. Yayoi is the perfect host, super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

I was worried because it was my first trip to Matsuyama, but the host guided me very kindly and came to check in early because it was raining a lot, so I used it very comfortably! Especially since you run both the 1st and 2nd floors, the food was really delicious! Thank you so much for letting me have a very satisfying summer vacation. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended for Korean travelers! I boarded Jeju Airlines at 7 am and asked for an early check-in because I had no place to store my luggage until check-in, but they gladly did it for free! Above all, I loved the location. There is a famous bagel shop nearby, and above all, Matsuyama Castle is nearby, so it was good for a walk and it was good to get around. The cleanliness was very good, and I felt that they cared about the little things. There are so many hidden charms in Matsuyama, so I'm going to revisit with my grandmother next time, and I think I'll definitely choose this place. I was so satisfied!

There was nothing lacking for a family of 5 to stay. It's a walking distance from Okiido Street, and there's a 7-Eleven right next to it, so I went there comfortably.Since Netflix was working, the kids had fun every night. I recommend it as a lodging in Matsuyama. ^^

First of all, it was really nice that the communication was smooth~ He responded quickly to my questions and was always kind.☺️ The accommodation was tidy overall, and we were 5 people, but there were no major inconveniences~ However, I think 3-4 people are enough to live with a carrier, and if there is one thing that is a bit of a pity, the hot water control was a bit difficult at first, and it was a bit uncomfortable that there was no elevator, but I was so satisfied because it was a clean and pleasant accommodation at this price and the host was kind.👍🏻

It was a beautiful airbie! There were also seasonings, etc. that I could use for cooking!There is no handrail on one side of the stairs, so it may be better for those with poor legs to stop.Thank you!

It was close to the station, close to a major supermarket, and many restaurants within a short walk, which was helpful.It was written that the washer and dryer you were concerned about was poorly dried, but if it was not a thick one, I wouldn't have any particular concerns if I had time. I started washing the laundry the night before and it often felt dry in the morning. It was nice to have a relaxing time, I'd love to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay in Kure. It was more spacious than expected, really clean, and a central location to everything we needed (train, restaurants, and combinis). Our host left us easy to use manuals (that included pictures and videos) on how to find the rental and use the appliances. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a scenic location away from the main central city. It was the perfect quaint getaway. I will also add for anyone who is considering this 5⭐️ location, that there is no elevator for this rental. But there is not a lot of stairs you need to climb either.

I’ve stayed at Kondou’s place several times over the years as the location and price is perfect for me. This is not a luxury apartment, so don’t expect too much, this is definitely no frills accommodation. If however you want a clean affordable place to stay near the city centre, this is ideal.
