In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

If you don't want all this, enjoy the peace, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cosy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. N/A : from July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to free/sitting.

We would like to welcome you to our beautiful summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance you enter the cozy living room with 3 sofa with stool, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and the bathroom. Upstairs there is a sleeping area with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has a private terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with a sunshade.

Gabe's apartment was absolutely great – super clean, tastefully furnished and you immediately felt comfortable. We would like to emphasize how attentive and warm Gabe is as a host: We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday in his apartment, and Gabe surprised us with beautiful flowers, a delicious cake and a selection of drinks. This loving gesture made the day unforgettable for us. We can fully recommend the accommodation and Gabe as a host!

The small terraced house is located in the second row of a nice residential area. In front of the actual entrance door is a small lockable and non-visible porch area. This could be used to park bicycles or similar. In the house, you will find a very clean and nicely furnished living/cooking/dining area with an attached small, modern bathroom. A relatively steep staircase leads to the sleeping area with a small dressing room. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and we lacked nothing. In the well-equipped kitchen, we cooked and prepared breakfast every day. A Senseo coffee machine, a microwave-oven combination and a gas stove as well as a spacious fridge with freezer make this very possible. Also available are a toaster and kettle as well as kitchen towels, dish soap, various knives and more. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is equipped with a small hairdryer. Everything 100%!

A compact kitchenette is displayed with a modern sink and countertop. An open dishwasher, equipped for cleaning dishes, is positioned below the counter. Nearby, a waste bin is visible, offering convenience. The cabinetry is sleek and white, contributing to the functional design.

A nice short trip to the Netherlands where nothing was missing. Alexandra was available at short notice for any questions and super friendly and accommodating. There was even a small welcome note on the dining table. Short distances to the beach and to the city center. We felt very comfortable.

A very nice place to stay that is exactly as described in the pictures. By bike you can reach Egmond aan Zee in a few minutes. Also, from there you have a lot of possibilities to get to other places through very good bus connections and train connections. The hosts are very friendly, although they live right next door in the summer months, you don't hear or see the two. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back .

We stayed at Marjo's Tiny House for a week and enjoyed every minute. Marjo is a great, very warm host. She made our stay very pleasant and did not let us miss anything. Communication with Marjo was always quick, straightforward, and friendly. The tiny house was sparkling clean, well equipped and lovingly decorated. With just a few minutes' walk to the beach, the city, bike rental and bus stop, it is perfectly located - very central and yet very quiet. We had a very, very nice time here and look forward to our next visit! We give it an unconditional recommendation!
