The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. Het Span is wonderful! You look over the fields to the dunes and the mill. You have a private parking space and a private garden. We have done everything possible to keep the sunset view as much as possible. The apartment can accommodate four people, and we like it if you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.

Studio "De Zwaaihoek" is located in the old village center of Egmond aan den Hoef, a small village between dune and sea from where you can celebrate a quiet or active holiday, both in summer and in winter. The summer house is 500 meters away from the dunes, and 2 km of the sea. The studio was newly built in 2021.

Bergen is known as an artist's village, as it has been the home of many painters, writers and architects. This unique and former atelier has been rebuild to a cosy residence. The house is surrounded by forest and on walking distance of the beach and dunes, and close to the centre of the village.
