Our beautifully renovated 140 m² design apartment is located in the charming village of Münsing, just 2 km from Lake Starnberg. Bright and spacious, the apartment opens onto a large wooden balcony with panoramic views of the Alps and, on clear days, all the way to the Zugspitze. A wonderful setting to start the day overlooking the mountains or simply enjoy the peace of the Bavarian countryside. The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable lounge area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and three inviting bedrooms — two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, an additional separate WC, and a washer-dryer. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Everything you need is within walking distance in Münsing, including a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and several excellent restaurants. Just a few minutes away, Lake Starnberg is perfect for lakeside walks, cycling and water activities. The nearby Alps offer countless opportunities for hiking, day trips and, in winter, days in the mountains. The location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and charm of a Bavarian village surrounded by nature, while Munich can be reached by car in approximately 35 minutes. Whether you are visiting with family, spending a few days with friends, looking for an escape into nature or simply wanting to slow down and recharge, the apartment offers a spacious and peaceful home away from home in one of Bavaria’s most beautiful regions. Between Munich and Bad Tölz

My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.
