Alexis is a very friendly and communicative host. The apartment is very nice and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked. The apartment is set in a nice neighbourhood close to the old town. The internet was very reliable. I was very happy with my stay.

This place was one of the best places i have ever stayed. A blend of traditional style with modern facilities with exceptional cleanliness overall. A house made from stone that gives you this grounding feeling necessary for a deep rest and recharge. Plus, John really conveys the Cypriot hospitality spirit, and i am truly grateful for his professionalism.

Located in a village in the mountains, very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea on the one hand and the really beautiful mountain panorama on the other. There is a large balcony facing the sea and a mega roof terrace. Sun worshippers will enjoy themselves. The place is basic but good. You just shouldn't be there when the temperatures try to undercut the record low - because it's not designed for that. The only surprising thing is the consumption costs, which are additional. 65 euros for two weeks water and electricity are not exactly a bargain. But Elena is a very sweet and touchingly caring host.

we had a lovely stay at Nephistos's. The center of Nicosia is easily accessible by foot and the buses in the center allow you to get to the beaches... Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed and pleasant/responsive host. i would recommend

We had such an enjoyable stay here! Super clean, and very kid friendly with toys and a playhouse that our kids loved! The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed many meals outside. The house itself was very well maintained and beautifully furnished and comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Loved staying here for a quiet getaway with my husband and dog. Such lovely hosts, beautiful and comfy place and just an overall enjoyable stay. Will definitely want to go back again!

We stayed in this twin villa for one day and we were very pleased! The 🌅 terrace view is truly magnificent! It was great to watch the sea view from above. It was especially enjoyable to drink coffee on the balcony in the morning. 🛏️ the sheets were clean, everything was prepared in advance. 🧼 Towels, soap and everything needed was available. The 🌬️ air conditioning was working — this was very important in the hot climate. A delicious and satisfying breakfast awaited us🍳 in the morning, which was a really nice touch. It was very enjoyable to watch movies with home cinema in the🎬 evenings — the sound system was great. 🪞 The interior decoration was carefully thought out — small and interesting details (for example, a small skeleton figure) and icons added warmth and character to the house. 👤 The host was very kind, helpful and caring. He helped with the welcome, responded to our questions immediately, and made our stay very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to those looking for🌟 silence, peace and a beautiful atmosphere!

Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

We had a wonderful long stay at this property. The place is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly located, with all amenities and shops just a short walk away. We stayed as a young family and found it comfortable and convenient. The host was incredibly helpful—he took our feedback and suggestions on board and promptly made the necessary adjustments to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible as a young family. We’d be happy to stay here again. 😊

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

After our 3 month stay, we only have glowing things to say. Both about the hosts and about the listing itself. Anything you need is there, and Aycan and Gulcan are always on standby!

Our accommodation at Hanife Sun was extremely nice and comfortable. The host Ms. Suna anticipated and prepared everything we might need. She left us everything from snacks to drinks and fruits to eat. She even thought of deodorant cream, even though we didn't use it because she was with us. These are fine details. The house is clean, tidy and quiet. Ms. Suna was always available and in contact. There was Wi-Fi, but it only worked in the living room. It was close to where we wanted to be in terms of location. We would definitely like to stay here again if we come back.

I can't say a single negative thing about Mr. Ürün and the house. As soon as we entered the house, those biscuit treats we found on an empty stomach were like medicine that night. He was great at cleaning and organizing. There are many nice and affordable restaurants around it, close to Merit and to eateries. We were ripped off by the taxi drivers. Maybe if he had a few taxi drivers he knew and trusted and could support him in this regard, it would be a whole different story.

The property is very quite and privately located with fantastic view and no through traffic. I will definitely stay again in future.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!

Daphne and George were truly unique hosts. Attentive to our requests and available at any time of day. The apartment has a lot of privacy and yet it is a stone's throw from the main amenities (restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, cafes, hairdressers, laundry, aesthetics... all within a kilometer!). The furniture is inspired by modern design and comfy lines. The super comfortable sofa and every room infuses tranquility and relaxation. We also loved the small furnished terrace overlooking the trees of the avenue and from which you can enjoy the warmth of the Cypriot spring days. If I could give it 10 stars, I would give it! Congratulations!!!

I stayed in a single room. Actually, I just came home to sleep. If you don't have a car, it may be a problem to go to the surrounding area and to the center of Kyrenia. I didn't see any public transportation The house was clean, the air conditioners and the necessary tools were working properly One criticism I can make is about the water. The water pressure is not sufficient for taking a shower. I don't think there's a water booster in the building. I was still able to take a shower. The navigation may be a little confusing. We came very close to the house, but we found it with the host's directions in the last part

I stayed for one day in the apartment and was completely satisfied with the stay. The house was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, creating a very welcoming atmosphere with a personal tone. It's also big and spacious, with a lovely deck. But what made our stay even better was the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed, responded to our messages and phone calls right away, and made sure we didn't miss anything.
