Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

This stylish place, which we like to use ourselves, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. It impresses with its size of 140 m² and the comfort of 3 spacious bedrooms and its good amenities. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

Our apartment "Weitblick" was completed in April 2024. The apartment is located on the 1st floor - is also accessible by an elevator - and has 2 balconies, to the east, the other facing south, with a wonderful view of the rural surroundings and the Chiemgau Alps, which are often spectacular. The spacious apartment is lovingly decorated, the large garden and sauna can be used. Our house is surrounded by horse pastures in a quiet secluded location.
