Everything sanitized/cleaned/UV air cleaner between guests and electronic air filter as well. Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

I love this place! We had explored the area all the way up to Anacortes and Deception Pass. It was wonderful to visit another wild part of the Seattle area, as usual. We were worn out by the time we arrived and the Boathouse was everything we needed. The view of the lake is so peaceful! The Canadian goose family and rabbits were such a lovely surprise. I slept like a baby and we were just a few min away from the fastest boat I’ve been on for whale watching in Edmonds the next am.

Mandy's place was quiet, beautiful, sparkling clean, and comfortable. The view out the back door was so serene with a view of the woods and trees and we woke up to singing birds. This was so much better than a hotel! We found the directions to be clear and getting in at dark was super easy. We would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A gem in the heart of town and near the beach!

Clean and well-equipped space, very comfortable beds and comforters with lots of extra blankets. We actually didn’t read the listing closely enough to realize there isn’t a living room, but with a tiny breakfast nook plus seating areas in both bedrooms and a table and chairs in the gorgeous garden right outside the door, we had plenty of space to sit and talk over coffee or wine. Great location, walking distance right into Edmonds, with super cute cafes, restaurants, shops, and waterfront. We appreciated the host’s recommendations of a terrific taco spot and the weekend farmers’ / craft market. We also enjoyed walking onto the ferry and taking a beautiful sunset ride to the other side for sourdough deep-dish pizza! Thanks so much!

This is a cottage and is as beautiful, cute, quaint and aesthetic as the photos showed on the listing. It’s in a terrific location, we felt safe and it was peaceful. The interior was very clean especially the bathroom, thoroughly clean.
