Our custom house is close to The Augusta National Golf course, restaurants, shopping, parks. Also, primary care doctors, dentist, and the hospital nearby. Just a few minutes from I-20 highway and Riverwatch Parkway, under 30 minutes from the airport. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors spaces, the kitchen, breakfast/dining areas, 40ft outdoor swimming pool, the light, the comfy bed, the safe neighborhood. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and big families and groups.

Masters Week - Very Nice Home!!!

Very nice 2,000 sq. ft home! You’ll have plenty of space and feel comfortable. The house is in Evans, GA - and is about a 15-20 minute drive. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, but only 2 bedrooms will be available to use. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a Walmart just down the road. We will do our our best to provide you the best Masters experience! If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask! - We recently bought new furniture and 55" TV - I haven’t updated the photo yet!

Berkley B Cottage Aiken - downtown, horse, golf

Berkley B Cottage is the perfect getaway for singles/couples looking to explore Aiken SC and surrounding areas. Located right off of historic South Boundary Street, very close to downtown Aiken and its equestrian parks, less than 2 miles. It's also close to Augusta GA, home of the Masters golf tournament. This cottage boasts high end amenities as well as a great neighborhood to take a leisurely walk or bike ride. You can finish the day by relaxing on the open air front porch. No pets.

Our 1890s Cottage is walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, Wilcox, Hitchcock Woods and the Museum. Palmetto Golf Club is nearby. You are likely to see horses trotting by. While your room includes a mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig, you can also enjoy access to our eat-in kitchen , patio and grill. The guest Bedroom is cozy with a queen bed topped with down comforter, private bathroom and ceiling fan. A smart TV and WiFi are included. A work table and chair are in the room.

This is a beautiful townhome...built early 2019. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood convenient to USC-Aiken and downtown shopping/restaurants. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. Beautifully decorated with hardwood flooring, carpet in bedrooms, and granite throughout. Fully stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, etc. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and washer/dryer is also included.

The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Graniteville, SC centrally located 2 mins. from interstate 20, 15 mins. from Aiken, SC and 20 mins away from the PGA Masters. This luxurious home is fully furnished, including a dedicated office, master suite retreat, large great room open to a gourmet kitchen. Perfect space for entertaining, relaxing, or conducting business.

Master's Week Home

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house near the Masters course with plenty of space and plenty to do. Large living room with 100" projector and gaming console so you can watch all your Netflix, Hulu, movies, etc. along with a nice game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table,darts, wet bar and t.v. Spacious deck out back with grill and outdoor furniture. Really a place to just relax when you're not out on the green!

Master's Rental | 15 min drive to course

3 bedroom / 2.5 bath Master's rental in Evans, GA. 15 minute drive to Augusta National GC. Sleeps 6 in beds, could sleep 9 with pull out couch and blowup air mattress (included). Master bath has shower and large garden bathtub. Backyard has a deck and grill. Quiet cul-de-sac location. TVs in the living room and master with Roku or Firestick. Access to internet. Kitchen fully accessible, with eat-in area. All BRs are upstairs.
