10/10 stay!! The cottage sits on a beautiful pond. We came during a rainy weekend so we stayed mainly inside. We turned on the electric fireplace & put on a movie. It was so cozy. Once the rain let up, we went outside and used the outdoor fireplace! So peaceful. Everything else you’d need, you are only a short drive from a cvs & grocery store. Melissa is a great host. We really appreciate how quick she responded with any minor concern we had. We look forward to more future stays at the cottage!

I have stayed in many airbnbs in US and Europe. This is by far my favorite because of its combination of simple charm, design, comfort, location, and ambiance. It truly is a gem that you can feel every minute you are there. All of my friends felt the same way. “This place is just so special.” There were 4 of us and we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The outdoor shower is divine, all the shelving is perfectly situated, the property is private, the patio, and deck lovely options for coffee or wine, and the beds, bedding, and showers couldn’t have been better. If you want to visit Martha’s Vineyard, and want to feel pampered by thoughtful design, stay here!

My husband and I absolutely adored Lia and Michael’s cottage! It was so perfect for a long weekend away. The place was extremely clean, and was well equipped with anything and everything we needed for our stay (and then some). The location was also great and was bikeable/walkable to the beach and some local cafes we went to daily. Really feel like we hit the jackpot with this find on a holiday weekend. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

The house and Tam were fantastic! Tam's attention to detail in both the house and how it was prepared for us made it super easy and stress-free to get settled. We had an amazing time!

Great spot in West Tisbury! Quaint and secluded for staying in, but not far away from the downtown areas of MV for a night out.

Our stay was easy and comfortable! Melany was quickly responsive to the few questions we had during the weekend. Everything we needed was provided in terms of linens and towels, even a few thoughtful toiletries. I gave a 4/5 for location just because it wasn't walkable to town, which was not a problem for us since we had a car and we enjoyed the privacy and quiet, but if you are looking for easy access to businesses, something to keep in mind. Wish we had time to make use of the firepit!

Great place to stay! Very close to the grocery store and not too far from town. Everything was clean, spacious and clutter free. When we did encounter a problem, they were so quick to response and fix it right away. Weather and company made it even better!

House was very clean and comfortable. Kathleen was very responsive to all my inquiries both prior to and during our stay. House was easy drive to shopping and dinning as well as the local ponds and beaches. Although we did not cook if u plan to prepare meals be aware kitchen has limited pots and pans for cooking. Also would have like to have a tea pot to boil water. Otherwise had everything we needed for a wonderful stay

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The camper was very nice and spacious! The campground had lots of activities and amenities. A fun place for the family. Great host, responded very quickly and was helpful with all our needs. Great play to stay !

The house was as described and we had a great visit. We were very comfortable in the uniquely decorated rooms with interesting art and numerous books. We enjoyed the large yard, pool and garden. Our dogs had plenty of space to play and the nearby hiking trails were great.

This cottage was perfect me, my wife, and our dog! We like the quieter side of Martha’s Vineyard and we found it here. You feel like you’re tucked away, but it’s easy to get to, and you are still within walking distance to a wonderful restaurant, and a short drive to anything else you need. You can get to the most beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. I am so appreciative that Adam was an extremely helpful host and very easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

Great location with east access to Madaket and an easy drive to town, or the bus route. I highly recommend taking a walk down the path to the 40th pole beach, which is a great place for kids (often no waves) and often protected from high winds. The deck off the kitchen and primary bedroom was the perfect place soak in the sun and the outdoor shower is as comforting as a spa.

The house is great for a group trip. It's roomy, charming, and in the perfect location if you want to walk to downtown Edgartown or use the local buses to navigate the island. The large back deck and outdoor shower were huge pluses! Nishi was kind, communicative, and offered flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which helped our travel plans run smoothly.

Ruben and Celine were great. Super responsive and helpful. The house was very clean when we arrived and free of any clutter. Great instructions on the house, and lots of space to hang out and relax even with the not so great weather we had 😄

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hyannis! Elle was an exceptional host—communication was clear, prompt, and friendly from start to finish. The house itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Had a great stay here- it was a cozy & clean space. You can tell a lot of care and thought were put into designing the space, didn’t feel very small because of how efficient and organized it was. The backyard was beautiful! Our puppy had a great time playing and running around in the yard. Location was convenient for us as well- made the most of our long weekend with short drives to the local towns, and day trips to Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard. Also appreciate the variety of snacks that were available- especially your choice of Girl Scout cookies! Would definitely recommend this spot to others.

This is a beautiful and cozy cottage! Extremely clean with all the amenities you could need. Lovely screened in porch and outdoor space for warmer weather. Great location as well, quick 10 minute walk to downtown. Highly recommend!
