A beautiful lakefront one-bedroom cabin overlooking a 7-acre private lake and situated inside a one acre permaculture food forest/garden. It is a haven for birders and naturalists as well as the wildlife we share the space with. Enjoy feeding the roaming peacocks, viewing the sunrise and sunset, and sipping coffee on the private porch or pier. This apartment is built next to the garage with a private entrance and a spacious fenced in patio. Have lots of fun pedal-boating and kayaking in our pond. Enjoy bird watching & wildlife photography. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The home has 1 bedroom, 1 entertainment room, and a living room area that can sleep up to 5 guests. Enjoy the indoors with free wi/fi access, Big Screen HD TV's, Pool Table and Gaming. Once you have had enough time inside, stretch your legs and catch some fresh air outdoors, and take advantage of a bbq / fire pit areas. Just to clarify, this booking is for 5 guest/visitors maximum. We have a queen bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for the other 2. Close by we have : Bert Ogden Arena (12 min), Edinburg Municipal Park (8 min), UTRGV university (12 min), PAN AM University (16 min) Fast food and our supermarkets (3-10 min) and don’t forget about shopping in Trenton Crossings !(12 min) Going to McAllen ?
