A welcoming and peaceful accommodation on a pedestrian street in Saumur, extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. Peaceful and relaxing are the key words for this apartment. Located on a one-way street, the bedroom opens to the street but there's no noise disturbance. Parking space is really great. We feel really good there. This is the second time I've rented this Airbnb and I had a great time again.

Friends of ours stayed here last year and highly recommended it to us as a great home base for driving around the Loire Valley — and they were 100% right. Great location in the heart of Saumur, clean and tastefully decorated, convenient parking spot included with the reservation, and helpful tips from the hosts about local places to visit. What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Thank you Jordane and Stephane for an amazing stay!

This small house is perfect for staying in Angers. It has all the listed amenities, but most of all -for those that value that- it’s in a super calm neighbourhood, ideal to relax or work without being annoyed by city noises. Friendly host as a bonus!

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
