Treat yourself to a visit to our 2019 renovated half-timbered house Anno 1690 in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, directly at the castle fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 1st floor is located excitingly in the former rampart of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typically steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cosy house in the forest, ideal for families

The house in the woods is a haven of peace very close to the Rhine-Main area. If you spend a few days there, you will be delighted with the tranquility, the fresh forest air and the good sleep (like the marmots). You will find a lot of coziness there, a "hyggelig" cottage furnished in the forest green with a little '70s nostalgia.
