The cottage is located in a quiet, wooded area and has a lot of privacy due to its corner location. At the back a large garden and unobstructed views. Many facilities in the park, including shared outdoor and indoor pool, soccer field, building track (for a fee), ping pong table, playground equipment, air cushion, etc. Check-in and check-out days: Monday and Friday.

Fijn compleet gerenoveerd vrijstaand gastenverblijf in het pittoreske vestingstadje Stevensweert. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang met een ruim terras. Er zijn talloze mogelijkheden om te wandelen in het aangrenzende natuurgebied. Voor fietsliefhebbers is er de knooppuntenroute die zich vlak langs de woning bevindt. Op 20 km afstand bevindt zich Designer Outlet Roermond. Ook een bezoek aan Thorn is absoluut de moeite waard en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Maastricht op 40 km afstand.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located on the holiday park Porte Isola and in the vicinity one can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for the water sports enthusiasts with a sloop rental at the park.

Unique house, amazing view, with pool in park

Our house is in a wonderful place, in park Posterbos. Located at the edge, with a large garden with lots of privacy on the sunny south. The house has recently been completely renovated, including a new, large kitchen, new bathroom and floor. The house is equipped with cozy Philips HUE lighting. Unique is the large glass door to the back. In the living room, a staircase leads to the loft with two beds. On the front is a second bedroom with double bed.

Very nice individual houseboat that is quietly located on a small harbor. We spent relaxed and restful days there. The email with instructions from the boat owner was very helpful, the standardized email from Novasol less. Please note that additional costs (linens, cleaning fee, tourist tax) will be added. Towels are not provided. We can definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful time and were provided with every comfort. Definitely recommended and we will keep it in mind for next time if we want something nearby.

The exterior of the houseboat features large glass windows offering an unobstructed view of the water. A wooden deck leads to a small jetty, lined with greenery and colorful flowers. Clear blue skies and gentle ripples in the water complete the tranquil setting.

We had a wonderful stay in the houseboat. We loved the amenities in all the rooms. The heaters worked great The kitchen was superbly equipped and otherwise it is very very chic. We are considering coming back soon.

The exterior of the floating home is showcased, featuring a wooden facade and large glass windows that provide views of the surrounding nature. The structure is positioned on the water with ample space on the jetty for docking small boats.
