Christy does everything to welcome her guests. There were drinks, sweets, also oil, vinegar, tea, coffee. I was very happy to find an extra heater because it was still cold. The accommodation is well located, parks nearby, well connected by public transport, supermarkets nearby. Thanks for every. Recommended.

I’d stay again at Lauia’s apartment. It’s spacious with outside space and very quiet. Also it’s in a great convenient, great neighbourhood!

The apartment is exactly as described, clean and cozy. The appliances are new and the furniture is modern and functional. They gave us drinks and chocolates. Friendly and attentive hosts.

We are "repeat offenders" and have now stayed in this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have taken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can also be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We were super close to the train station, and just one stop away from the city center. Beautiful place to stay and Martin was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

The home is very nice, very clean, well-equipped, and the environment is clean.Recommend others to stay here!! 10 minutes walk from Munich, there are Thai restaurants nearby. The owner is very nice, letting us check in early and keep our luggage after check out, there is a washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent in the hallway. The door lock is more difficult to open, try a few more times.

We loved our stay at Jans place. It was so functional and much larger than we expected. The bed was the most comfortable we have had, which resulted in much needed sleep and rest. Great location restaurants and shopping very close by. Jan was great host too, we had slight problem and it was fixed instantly 🙂 Highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. Thank you! 😀

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

Rosalind and her family were very friendly hosts! We were very warmly welcomed and felt welcome at all times. It was great that the car could be charged directly at the house for a fee. We were also able to do laundry, which in our case was a real help. So all around a great service! My family also enjoyed the beautiful garden and the natural pond very much. And although it was very warm during the day, the temperature in the attic also went down, thanks to the individually made blackout :-) All around a very nice stay! Thank you very much for this!

Good place next to train station

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

Perfect location at Peter’s place! It was extremely clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and I felt safe as a single mama with 3 boys. Even appreciated the water and beer in the fridge! The location is in walking distance of the famous Glockenspiel in the Marianplatz, the outdoor markets, and many shops and restaurants. Access to train to get around the city is convenient as well! The city is very clean and generally quiet, especially on Sundays. What a treat! I appreciated the stay very much! I hope to return again soon!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Nadine’s place is beautiful! Located in a peaceful and breathtaking little neighborhood, Nadine was always responsive and very friendly, it was a very nice stay.

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before check-in: use of transport in Munich, directions to the accommodation and nearby shops, long check-in time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well-equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will gladly come back.

Very nice communication with a very good description of the accommodation. Nearby we found nothing where we could eat something in the evening and then drove to the village, but it was not so bad in total, recommended.

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.
