There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. The Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid. There are quite a few nightlife spots, though the area is best known as having the best concentrations of tapas bars. Sometimes referred to as El Madrid de los Austrias, La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid, the Islamic citadel inside the city walls, which maintains a peculiar urban layout similar to the medieval distribution with narrow streets and large squares. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car. The main bedroom is on the second floor, which it has total independency.

At Home in Madrid VII, Trendy Neighborhood

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Beautiful accommodation, the apartment has everything, it is super functional and beautiful. The area already knew it and it is super good because it is close to everything and the metro is at the door of the depto. The only thing I have to say is that the keys were held by a business that closed from 15 to 17.30 hs and I arrived at 15 in Madrid, so I called and they assigned me another place 30 min walking, this cannot be. This means after the trip to walk around Madrid with your bags or pay for the subway. The other alternative they gave me was to wait two and a half hours outside, things that can't be because I was losing all afternoon. At this very bad point, and they said it was not their responsibility, that if it is because they should look for another option as a safe and another. I'm not going down points because the apartment doesn't deserve to have less than 5 stars. So we were happy despite the initial stumbling. We'll be back!

very nice apartment in a good location, very close to a sandy beach about 800 m, otherwise the residence offers a very large swimming pool with umbrella pitches that access to a very pleasant private cove and very nice panoramic view. the apartment and fully air-conditioned and has a sea view and 2 bathrooms which is not insignificant for a family of two parents and children especially when returning from the beach or pool 😜 Danielle and a very welcoming and kind range hood, and above all very responsive.

This apartment was HEAVEN. It was clean, spacious, elegant and comfortable. Perfectly located on a quiet side street in the middle of everything. There are amazing options for food and fun just around the corner, and any museum we wanted to see was within a 20 min walk. Belen and Jordi could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Our only complaint is that we can't live there forever! Bonus favorites: excellent washer AND dryer, 2 large luxurious bath tubs... plus Belen's book of recommendations is better than any guide book Definitely felt like royalty staying there.
