One of the most clean air bnb I have stayed in. It was spotless and comfortable. The hot tub and kayaks were easy to use and just a few yards walk to the water. I would not change anything about this house. And thank you Darcy for being such a great host!

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Joktan’s place. We really enjoyed the home as well as the amenities that came with it. Joktan, provided excellent communication. Would recommend staying here!

The Cottage at Blackberry River Inn was beautiful and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Breakfast was included and wonderful. This place is a gem and we will be back for sure.

We had the pleasure of staying at Matts place for a weekend getaway that included 6 women. Matt was such an amazing host from start to finish. Beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping on the lake and is set up with everything you could possibly need. The home was immaculate inside and out and was truly even better in person than the already beautiful photos provided. We intend on making this our yearly destination spot! We can't thank you enough for being a super host !

Another perfect stay at Laurie's. This is our third stay over Thanksgiving week and we always are sad to leave. My family absolutely loves staying here. There is plenty of room to gather or to have some alone time. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could need and is always pristine. Check in is stress free. Area is peaceful and serene. Lee is a lovely New England town. Downtown is less than a 5 minute ride. Many restaurants within a 5-20 minute ride. Outlets are 10 minutes away. Looking forward to our stay next year.

This place was an excellent location for basing our trip to the Berkshires. We liked looking out over the lake, and walking around the community.

Fun experience at an old school camp on a lake. Lovely screen porch overlooking the lake and Meredith has thoughtfully provided everything you need for a nice stay. Will be coming back soon!

Excellent and beautiful location. Very scenic and tranquil. The location allows you to relax while still being in reach of everything. The unit was very well maintained and clean. All the Amenities of home without the chaos.

Our family stayed for UMass events. About 40 minutes away it was a beautiful and peaceful setting. Hosts were super responsive. Simple cabin beautifully set up. 2 bathrooms! Loved the beach and the ping pong table. Wish we could have stayed for longer :-)

This was the perfect spot for our mini vacation with our adult son and dog. The house was adorable and comfortable...the beds were especially comfy. The fenced in patio area and sun porch was so relaxing and although no one actually slept on it, the daybed was very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our day trip to Boston and multiple trips to Treehouse Brewery. Gwen's communication was awesome...such a terrific host! Hoping to stay again.

This is a unique and special stay. From the very first interaction, Rich was very responsive and kind in his communications. The property is well cared for and very welcoming. The school room on the main floor is accessible and open to children playing - lots of books and toys. The living space upstairs was large, yet cozy. Stocked with all the things someone might need during their stay. It was so quiet at night, and filled with birdsong in the morning. My young nephews visited in the mornings (Rich was totally okay when I asked him) and they loved "my house." The farm adjacent to their property has alpacas and mini-horses that loved to crunch up the carrots we fed them (provided by Rich). The hosts have honored the history of the one-room school house, while making a fun and very enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend!

The small home is located at the end of a 0.25 mile dirt road. There are only four homes on the road, though one is on the opposite side at the end of the road. If you are staying here you should be comfortable in an isolated location. There are no window treatments on the two sliding doors opening to the deck in the back of the home, though there is also nothing but woods in the back of the home. All that being said, the place was exceptionally clean for any Airbnb rental, much less one tucked back in the woods. While the small kitchen was missing a few expected items like steak knives, tea bags, and measuring cups, it should prove to be functional for most guests. There is a large TV in the large living room and the internet was fine for streaming without any issues. The bed was comfortable and a large dresser is available for storing clothes. Be aware that the only available heat is from a gas fireplace, two portable space heaters, and another space heater in the bathroom.

Centrally located, walkable to town. Clean, beautiful interior. Well laid out.

I stayed at the cottage for two nights with friends. It suited our needs well, providing a comfortable place for us to visit. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The nearby train did not seem to run over the weekend and we only heard it on Monday, late morning. Parking is definitely a little challenging in the snow but location is convenient and quiet. I would happily stay again if I am in the area.

I enjoyed my stay very much at Laurie’s place. Lovely, cozy cabin surrounded by natural beauty. Flowers, trees, water all lovely to look at. The house itself was very comfortable and relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom and plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows. Laurie is a wonderful host. Very responsive to all questions and well organized instruction and information loose leaf book. The WiFi name and password were clearly stated in book and on the refrigerator. I have stayed here several times and am always happy to find it listed as available for the dates I need. I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

Really enjoyed Kate's place on our annual girls' trip to the Berkshires. The location (and property itself) is serene and beautiful. While it's a bit off the beaten path, it's still very drivable to Great Barrington and surrounding areas, so we didn't feel "isolated" so much as "unplugged." The house was clean and lovingly taken care of, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout, including the unique downstairs powder room. It's always nice to stay at an AirBnB where there's an abundance of clean towels/linens, some basic toiletries for use by guests, etc., and Kate was kind, flexible, and responsive throughout the duration of our stay. The weather wasn't great, so while we weren't able to explore the river or use the fire pit, we'd absolutely stay here again!
