Vacation rentals with lake access in Eastern Scheldt

Beautiful location by the Schelde. Well located, Goes and Yerseke both 15 min drive away. Cottage was clean and had lots of amenities which was very nice

It was simply wonderful in the little cottage by the lake at Rosalie's. We immediately felt comfortable and you could tell that there is a lot of attention to detail in the place. Very clear recommendation! 😍

We enjoyed the house and especially the garden with all its places to enjoy the sun. The house is very quiet place. The children enjoyed cycling around the roundabout in front of the house, the games, the DVDs, the play farm, ... Super convenient that you are quickly on the Veerse Meer along the back gate. In the kitchen there was everything we needed. Glad you don't have to bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything was provided in sufficient quantity and clean. We will definitely come back!

The stay in the house was great! We felt very comfortable and the recommendation with the pub "Bar beer" prepared us two great evenings Siemco was a good host and was quick to help us with any issues!

RECOMMENDED!! Very much enjoyed this piece of paradise! The modern house really has everything you need in terms of comfort and luxury, also a very well-equipped kitchen! Enormously enjoyed the tranquility and nature surrounding the house, so beautifully located next to the large pond in the woods. The garden is huge and full of beautiful old trees, much more beautiful than you can see in the pictures! The host Laurens is particularly friendly and he always responded very quickly and also gave a lot of practical info & tips. Very thoughtful too, the welcome gifts (cava and chocolate) made me feel very welcome. Absolutely one of my very best Airbnb experiences. Perfectly located, not far from Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges, also made a nice trip to the sea in Dutch Zeeland. Very close. Will definitely be back!!

The accommodation was great – very central, and we could get everywhere easily by metro. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location at the corner of the harbour. Restaurants at 5 min walk. Safe spot to stall the bikes and lovely place to stay. Small but practical kitchen with all necessary amenities. Clean bathroom and sufficient towels. If I am around I will reconsider this place. We had a good time. Helpful host 🙏🏼

Second time in the apartment. Always perfect. This time I used the washing machine and the dryer. Professional quality and 4€/cycle. Easy to park and super close to the metro for the city center. I will for sure repeat if I have the chance.

Beautiful location and a spacious apartment! The interior is a bit outdated, but equipped with everything you need. The communication with Vera and Arno was excellent. We have enjoyed a few nice days.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, there was nothing missing (clean towels and linens, complete kitchen amenities). Particularly beautiful was the sea view from the balcony and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is comfortably furnished, we felt at home immediately. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. What a beautiful and inviting lake home very close to Gouda and all local transportation. It was fast travel to Rotterdam and only an hour from Amsterdam / both were easy access through the local train station Gouda Gowervelle. We enjoyed all the running and biking paths along the lake and canals. Shopping and sightseeing in Gouda was fun as well! (Enjoyed the cheese museum which is perfect for kids of all ages. ) The lake house was a perfect setting, neighbors are friendly and quiet and the home is spacious enough for 4 or small families and it’s simply beautiful . Enjoyed!! Great hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend.

The accommodation was great! We have enjoyed the beautiful location at the holiday home. The home was completely as in the pictures. The Bornem area is beautiful for biking and hiking. The jacuzzi on the terrace of the house overlooking the pond, was blissful after a long cycling day. Just a pity that we had to provide bed linen and towels ourselves. Thank you sooo much Tim!

We spent 4 days with 6 people in the accommodation, which offers everything you need. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The terrace is optimally large and the gas grill works perfectly. The host was always available and responded to individual requests and needs. From the property, the hotspots are within easy reach, such as The Hague and Rotterdam. In addition, the beautiful small town next door has Shopping and Restaurants. In the whole, we are very happy to have chosen this accommodation.

We had a great weekend with our family. The house is ideally arranged and spacious enough, with a lovely garden that allowed us to fully enjoy the sun. The sea is easily accessible on foot and the pretty towns of Zierikzee and Renesse are close. Would highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay in the old lock keeper's house. Perfect for a family getaway! Jeroen gave us clear instructions in advance and was also available during our stay if we had any questions. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Great clean apartment. Very nice communication with Angela. Good tips and nice little swimming just around the corner to jump in the water before breakfast. The location was great, small ferry to Veere and further in different directions by bike. Arrived, car parked and only cycled. At the end always to the beach, bathed and the 6 km back to the apartment. We have recovered very well.
