Responsive host, friendly and helpful staff. House in excellent condition. Not very far from the city centre, and therefore combination of accessible and quiet. However, not within walking distance so ensure you either have Grab installed or get the number of one of the taxi drivers lingering along the Main Street.

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Langit Teduh. The location is amazing, incredible beach and sunsets view, and the house had everything we needed. It is close to lots of restaurants and shops, but quiet and secluded. Donna was really responsive, gave us lots of local tips and Daniel the local manager was friendly and very helpful! Can’t wait to go back!!

Alvin was very kind and helpful, picking us up and dropping us off to and from the airport! The place itself is very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities prepared by the housekeeper at the kitchen. Alvin also gave us great recommendations on restaurants and souvenir hotspots to check out. Thank you so much Alvin for the hospitality! Would definitely recommend 🫡

Irineus' house is a good option if you want to be quiet outside the streets full of Labuan Bajo. The house consists of the private part that is the ground floor and the upper floor where you will find a bathroom with shower, a large living area with sofas and a table and chairs and two double rooms. We had a great time. Thank you!

The Villa was spacious, private and very clean. It came with breakfast included and prepared on site which was very helpful, delicious and indulgent. The pool and yard were also very nice. Alesandro always responded very quickly. Not close to anything so you need a driver was the only negative.

I have stayed in a lot of great rentals worldwide but this is far out the BEST one so far. The location is outstanding, the house is beyond beautiful, the hosts so helpful and the food that the staff cooked us divine. Little gem on a little island paradise!

Great place. Daniel, the manager went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. He was full of recommendations and stories and always eager to help us with everything we needed. The villa is very comfortable and cute.

This is a great place to stay! The house is way better than the photos show and it's really well looked after. The views of the ocean and sunsets from the house and garden are amazing. Loved the proper king-sized bed with quality sheets (I used the AC, and slept really well). I also loved the huge TV and the comfortable sofa. Didn't cook myself, but it looks as though the kitchen is as well-equipped as any proper home. I got takeaway from Blu Oceano which is 2 minutes away (authentic Italian pizzas!). Paddled out to the break in front and had some really fun sessions on my foil. I couldn't stay longer this time, but I will definitely be back to Wavehaven again. And the staff are really sweet!

It was a comfortable place to spend a week. Close to center and diving shops, restaurants and groceries. On a road and next to a school, so it was a bit noisy. Big bathroom, we had running hot water all the time. Sheets and towels were clean. Free drinking water refill. Access to shared fridge and kitchen where we cooked a few times and made coffee everyday. Natalia, our host was very nice. Would stay again.

Stayed for 10 nights & loved the place. The place is cozy. It is well equipped with a kitchen, good A/C. The room gets good sunlight and has a balcony with bay view. The location is ideal. The main marina, restaurants, laundry and dive centres are just a walk away. For most of the activities we just had to walk few minutes. Our host Carlos is super helpful & easy to reach all through the stay. He also arranged for water cans and regular room clean up.

We stayed at Fera’s place for 4 nights, and it was just great! The property is a bit out of town, in the green and close to the sea. This means it is quiet and peaceful, a very nice surprise after weeks of noisy nights. Fera and her husband prepared delicious meals for us everyday at a very reasonable price. We rented their scooter, which was nice to go around during the day. We were also working remotely part of the time, and it was very smooth, with good, stable wifi throughout. We loved the time we spent here!

Clean and tidy accommodation with a very impressive view. The staff is friendly, discreet and always helpful. A good opportunity to also learn about the benefits of Moringa!

Nice and cosy place to stay in central Labuan Bajo. Great connectivity if you’re looking to work remotely and walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Only downside is the noise coming from the streets so for the same price you pay you can find a 3 or 4 star hotel if a great internet or being in a central location aren’t your priorities
