Studio Tzawel : private downtown Gent

Deze erkende vakantiewoning (***) bevindt zich op het gelijkvloers van ons huis uit de jaren 1890 in een rustige straat in het centrum van Gent. Ideaal voor koppels. Op 75meter afstand is er al een populair restaurant, bovendien meer keuze op 350meter afstand in het Patershol. Talrijke winkels nabij. De ruimte is ruim (70m²) en er is een buitenplaats om afval te plaatsen. Private toegang tot de studio. Enkel de gang is gedeeld met mijn gezin. Absolute stilte wordt gevraagd van 10 pm tot 6 am.

Loft boat 'The Panter'

'The Panter' is a 39m boat from the 60ies. Used for years in transport, it is now tastefully transformed into a loftboat. The front of the boat is entirely yours and has a private entrance. The four of us live in the tail end of the boat with our cat. The studio consists of a living room & kitchen with a mezzanine that has a queensize bed. The second part is a smaller room with a queensize bed, shower and toilet. Outside you can enjoy the sunset from the upper deck or relax on the patio.

Set within 2 km from the historical center of Ghent, B³ Bed & Breakfast Boat provides guest cabins with a private terrace and free access to wireless internet. The Belfry of Ghent, the Korenlei, Korenmarkt Square and the Castle of the Count are all within a 15-minute walk. The furnished cabins comprise a seating area and a flat-screen TV. Free coffee and tea facilities as well as a fridge are available. A shower, towels and free toiletries come as a standard in the bathroom.

Ontwaak met zicht op de middeleeuwse torens, net boven de bruisende straat waar het dagelijkse stadsleven zich voor je ogen afspeelt. Villa Flandre nabij GENT, met logiesdescreet-erkenningsnummer 402109 met 5 sterren comfortclassificatie is een moderne vrijstaande woning centraal. Op minder dan een uurtje ben je in Brugge, Antwerpen of Brussel. Niettegenstaande ligt Villa Flandre in een zeer landelijke omgeving van waaruit je tal van leuke wandel- en fietstochten kan maken. Andere troeven in de onmiddellijke omgeving zijn het toeristische donkmeer (3 km), het provinciaal domein Nieuwdonk.

Deze unieke schipperswoning is gedeeltelijk volledig vernieuwd maar bevat nog authentieke elementen uit 1938 ( de bouw van het schip). Le Bon Vivant ligt in een compleet nieuw stukje Gent en bevat vele troeven. Op een kwartiertje stappen ben je in het middeleeuwse centrum van de prachtige stad Gent. Het slapen in de schipperswoning geeft je een inkijk van hoe het moet geweest zijn om als schipper te leven. Het zijn kleine ruimtes maar gezelligheid troef !

Bovendien bent u slechts 20 minuten verwijderd van het centrum van de UNESCO-stad Brugge.

Studio duplex is located on the waterfront in the art district of cozy Ghent. The studio has a kitchenette with all the basic necessities, a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a double bed (160 cm) and a fouton with two mattresses. We provide bedding (100% linen) and towels. The historic center is a 15-minute walk away. Studio has been completely renovated with ecological products giving it a very warm feel.
