This 100% private apartment is on the first floor of a shared house where owners and their son live upstairs. There are no shared spaces. You have a private entrance and parking. The living room, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchenette are bright and clean. It is exactly 1 mile from Oak Bluffs Center, a half mile from The Cottages and Farm Neck Golf Course, and a block from Tradewinds walking trails. Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

This is a great one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a house. My place is close to the beach, public transport, the Steamship Authority ferry, Black Dog Tavern, Main Street Vineyard Haven, Stop & Shop grocery, and lots of great shopping. You’ll love the convenience! Walk to the apartment right off the ferry boat. Lots to do in walking distance, and onsite parking. The Martha's Vineyard Museum is a 5 minute walk, down the same street. My place is great for couples and solo adventurers.

The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

This is an incredible property! Renovated and spotless with all the amenities to make your stay feel like home, only better. Downtown Oak Bluffs and her beautiful beaches are within a five-minute walk. There is a local market and deli right next door where you can find anything you need in a pinch, and a great BBQ restaurant across the street. This second floor apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a queen pullout couch. Smart TVs, full kitchen and laundry plus much more!

It was a quiet, quaint space - it has the feel of a tree house (in a good way). Everything was clean and the kitchenette had all the basics. Beach towels and beach chairs were a helpful touch. It was a nice walk from Oak Bluffs center - about 20 minutes. It was a perfect stay for us as a couple. The host was very responsive.

We stayed at Al and Sue’s place and loved it. From the get go they both were very communicative and helpful. We arrived a little early at the island and we were able to get to the apartment once it was ready for us. Al was very friendly and answered all our questions and gave us recommendations. The place was absolutely spotless, everything was like in the pictures and super clean. The amenities were great too! It was very rainy one of the days we stayed so it was nice to stay in and be cozy indoors. We would highly recommend this place to a family that wants some peace and quiet while still being somewhat close to the center.

My group and our dogs had a wonderful stay at Tree Tops. The property was exactly as advertised, with plenty of indoor space and a big upper deck. John was super responsive and accommodating of our special requests as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming 3-Bedroom Home in the Heart of Oak Bluffs

This updated cottage in Oak Bluffs is a true gem and an ideal getaway. The space is cozy, well-appointed, very clean, and perfectly suited for our group. We particularly enjoyed the backyard, which provided a wonderful setting for outdoor dining. It was a little cold so we did not get to use the outdoor shower, but that is a great feature. The highlight is the location— just a short 5-minute walk to Nancy's and downtown Oak Bluffs (no car needed!). The host thoughtfully provided Kuerig coffee, soaps for the bathrooms, fluffy bath mats, and board games that were great for our family. The neighborhood is delightful for evening strolls. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
