Minpaku Gororin is a private rental accommodation in Yugawara-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture. The host is a local couple who renovated a traditional house built 60 years ago. We live in the adjacent main house and will be happy to provide you with information and assistance. At this facility, you can enjoy BBQ in the garden overlooking the sea (equipment is free). Charcoal, igniters, paper plates and tongs are provided. The room is spacious. We have nostalgic games and toys for both adults and children to enjoy. Popular Atami is also nearby, and there are fireworks displays. Mishima is about 30 minutes away via Atami, so it's convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji! You can enjoy fishing and beach play on the Manazuru Peninsula, and hot springs and autumn foliage in Okuyugawara! Hatsushima, popular with young people, is also close by. There is also a freezer for those who fish in Izu. Why not make Minpaku Gororin your base and enjoy it! 　Guests elementary school age and younger are 30% off. It can accommodate up to 5 people! It is a country house with several fruit trees located at a height of 420 m under the Samdobong of Democratic Mountain, away from the bustling tourist attractions of Deokyusan National Park and Muju Resort. It takes about 10 minutes to Taekwondo Won and Bandiland, and 25 minutes to Deokyusan Muju Resort. In the hinterland of the village, you can also enjoy the natural beauty of the valley. Uncle House is the most insulated American-style wooden structure building designed and constructed by Seoul's prestigious wooden construction company. The ceiling is high, the summer is cool, and winter is a warm house, a high and wide-open view, and a hot place to enjoy the fire pit with the star view. The first floor is the host couple's space, and the 56m2 (including the terrace) on the second floor is the guesthouse. It has a separate entrance, and it is not an uncomfortable house because there is a host, but it is more appreciated because you can get immediate help and service. Uncle Style BBQ is a great place for an American family, and the food skills with Uncle's house are superb. The sun room with a private outdoor fireplace is by far the best ♡

Enjoy your stay in a large Japanese house.

It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.

Sanson Terrace "off-grid tiny cottage"

In Ohinata, Sakuho-town, Nagano-pref. We built a small cottage at a mountain side of the natural woodland which separated for a while from the colony. The time flows graceful here, while the interval of farm labor or works in the mountain. It is a special time to have Coffee or Beer while looking at Mt. Morai on the other side. You can spend time, being surrounded by nature... reading books slowly, taking a walk the mountain, listening songs of birds while lie on a hammock in the forest.
