Vacation rentals with a patio in East Asia

The room was very clean and a pleasant stay. Also, since it was on a high floor, the view was great. Since I was able to walk to the downtown area, I was able to enjoy the Susukino area without worrying about the time. Shingo offers a variety of services and seems to have a recommended restaurant, so I would like to stay here again next time. One night is not enough. Thank you for letting me rent this wonderful room.

Helen was a most accommodating host. From the point of my first enquiry she was on the ball and on point, ready and willing to answer my questions as well as volunteer unsolicited information such as where to eat and shop in the local area. Her directions to the building and to access the apartment where clear and precise. The apartment itself is very conveniently located to the Kennedy Town MTR (about a 3 minute walk) and delightfully welcoming: clean, bright and cosy with a funky access to the kitchen and roof-top chilling area. Amazing views overlooking the harbour towards Discovery Bay on Lantau Island to the west and the Kwai Chung/Cheung Sha Wan area of Kowloon to the north east. Being a slightly taller person (6'+) the bed is ideal for someone of more average height who would find it a great place to spend a restful night's sleep. That observation is not a criticism, just hopefully a snippet of useful information. Overall excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Amazing place with an amazing view... easily the best view in Delhi NCR

Jesse was a wonderful host. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect. A short walk to the Old Quarter if you want to get into the hustle and bustle but the right amount of clam if you need a little escape. There are lots of things close by to the apartment. The staff at the coffee shop were super lovely too. It was a great base for exploring Hanoi !! Thank you !

Overall, it is very good, the location is excellent, it is one stop away from Nanba, the subway entrance is downstairs, there are 711 Lawson and other convenience stores around, there is a big supermarket after a short walk, it is also close to Aeon, it is suitable for traveling with children!

Worth the money! The view is amazing, and the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances. Right next to the property, there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and cafes, which makes life more convenient. To sum up, Would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable home. The place was just perfect for a relaxing getaway, with a lovely view that made the experience even better. The caretaker was extremely kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. It’s a great spot, especially if you’re visiting with family — peaceful, well-maintained, and welcoming. We stayed at Doyoung’s hanok in Bukchon Village for 10 days after two weeks of travel, hoping for a home-like atmosphere where we could cook and reset. While the hanok was beautiful and well-located, the kitchen was missing a few essentials and there were no instructions for how to use appliances—all of which were labeled in Korean. Once we reached out, Doyoung went above and beyond to make things right. He responded incredibly quickly, brought us pastries and flowers to brighten our stay, and even created a neatly designed instruction booklet with photos—impeccably done and completed so fast, we honestly hope he didn’t stay up all night making it! Bukchon Village is a wonderful area—central, walkable, and full of charm. And Doyoung is truly one of the kindest, most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. Despite the initial hiccups, we left feeling incredibly well cared for. Thank you, Doyoung!

Our stay at Yoshiko's house was great from start to finish. Prior to my arrival she provided information and helped me set up things to do while in Iwakuni. She greeted me when I arrived and gave me a tour of the home and all its amenities. House is clean and has modern fixtures. Grocery store to pick up food was in easy walking distance. Home has a peaceful inner garden space. House is within walking distance of Iwakuni Castle and Kintai Bridge. Yoshiko helped us get a taxi home from a rural restaurant when we were unable to obtain one ourselves. Her husband took our luggage to the train station when we left. Yoshiko and her husband provided an exceptional experience that we won't forget. I hope to come back some day.

The kitchen and bedroom were separate, and there were two bathrooms, so the preparation time was shortened, which was nice! I had a lot of things to contact you about, but I was grateful that you responded quickly and treated me kindly!

I was able to enjoy a BBQ and a little cooking in a private space! I was able to see the stars at night, and I woke up in the morning with natural light from outside. It was an elegant overnight stay.✨ The room was very clean and felt like a new home, and the high ceilings and spacious space were lovely!

The room is very clean and large, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a bath tub, a vending machine at the door, and a 711 next door.But it's not very friendly for people without a car, you have to go up a particularly steep slope, it's inconvenient to drag your luggage and take a taxi.There are two rooms, the room is the sinking type, it is not very convenient to take luggage.But the air conditioning is pretty good.I feel that it is suitable for people with a cook and driver at home to come for a vacation, but not suitable for students to come for team building.

Our stay at Minmi’s place was a highlight of our trip, for so many reasons. Her home is a designer’s dream, so cute and cosy and was immaculately presented. We so enjoyed waking up to beautiful coffee and enjoying the amazing view each day. Minmi went out of her way to make us feel welcome and offered incredible advice for local attractions and excursions. We felt at home in Minmi’s place and we’ll definitely be returning. We had a great stay! We were travelling by bike and Mobel was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. He included nice touches like snacks and peaceful music on our arrival. His place is beautifully decorated and is a peaceful spot that makes you forget you are in the city. Everything is very clean and modern.

We loved staying at Grace's place. It was tranquil and quiet. Very aesthetic. Had all the amenities and a very chill vibe. Grace was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for places to eat and where we could get food to bring with us to climb Hallasan. She was also very responsive to all our questions about how to use certain appliances in the house which we could not figure out. I would say she went over and above her duties as a host. Would absolutely stay here again. We especially loved the neighbour's friendly dogs who would welcome us home everyday.

What a great little apartment and neighborhood! Parvinder's apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped (solid wifi, great aircon) with an adorable balcony view on the neighboring historical site. Arrival was a little daunting as it is pedestrian only, but Parvinder had someone onsite to help navigate and get settled. Hauz Khas Village has plenty to discover with some great shops, cafes and restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely come back!

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Fantastic! 🌊⛰️ Infinity pool with a view, great location (sea, beach, supermarket), perfectly equipped with jukebox and projector + free parking. Too bad you have to pay extra for the pool and for the pool table, otherwise super organized by the host.

To be clear, the construction site was in front, so it was a little annoying, but the view itself wasn't bad, and above all, the bed and topper were very cozy, so it was comfortable, and the washing machine was equipped with a dryer, so it was so nice to do laundry! And it's very clean:) I had a good stay with my dog! (I think it would be nice if you could install a TV. I think it would be really better if there was a TV!)

Very spacious and tidy, comes with a brilliant sea view and the location is also very convenient. Definitely worth considering.

We had a fantastic stay at Kriti’s place in New Delhi! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Kriti was a super amazing host—friendly, helpful, and always available when we reached out. She even went out of her way to recommend some great local coffee shops, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Her hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Awesome place! If possible, I'd book here again! Pros: #1 Blackout blinds in both living room and bedroom. Perfect for the international traveler/worker. Balcony is awesome. Chairs were comfortable. Beds were nice and soft. Bathroom was clean and very modern. 7-11 is 3 min walk. Con: Takes 15-25 min to walk from the closest MRT stop. Bus is closer but need to plan well. There is also ubike as well. Best to use Uber or another taxi app. Not a pro or con: No TV. I'm out traveling so I don't really need to watch TV esp when the view is awesome. There is a portable XGIMI projector that you can link your phone or laptop to. Overall the place is great for a small family or couple. The sunsets are amazing and the outside furniture is comfortable enough to sleep on.
