Condo vacation rentals in Eagle County

This place is perfection... and we've been to Beaver Creek about a 1000 times. It's actually better than the photos, the view especially. We slept like babies on comfortable beds. My goal in life is to buy this condo. It's all that matters now. It's a fantastic place with very responsive management. We will be staying there again for sure.

We had an amazing time! The ski lift was super close and Jason was always responsive and helpful! We’ll definitely be back!!

The condo was gorgeous and location was amazing. Condo was well decorated and equipped with all the essentials. The building has a pool and jacuzzi. The complementary coffee bar in the lobby was great. Having the Westin amenities was a plus. The ski valet made life so much easier..ski in/ski out location! The Lookout bar next door was a fun place w delicious cocktails and a majestic view. Check in was a bit challenging. Although Vail Mgt was extremely responsive once i reached out. If you are planning to arrive after hours, check in a few days before arrival. Again thanks to Vail Management, we got the code in time but it was a rough start to a fabulous vacation. Lockbox is also pretty complex and not the most user friendly. If you are planning a visit to Beaver Creek, I highly recommend this rental. It is luxurious, convenient and will make your ski vacation a memorable one!

This is the second time we've stayed at Edlyn's place. It's perfectly situated between Vail and Beaver Creek - just 10 minutes drive to each. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a comfortable living area, working well for two couples - with one bedroom on the top floor, one on the bottom, with the living area in between. Edlyn is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We booked this home for our employees during a work trip, and they had nothing but great things to say. The house was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very comfortable throughout their stay. There were no complaints at all. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

This is our third year in a row staying in Tommy and Kristin’s condo. It has become our annual tradition for spring break and look forward to coming back next year again. It’s an awesome location and the condo is really nice and quaint.

Great place - very clean and convenient location within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, etc. The condo had supplemental heating / cooling fans throughout in every room that made controlling the temperature easy, which can sometimes be an issue in Colorado mountain towns that do not have air conditioning. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Tara was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We were there during a hot spell for a few days. There were plenty of fans, and it cooled down to a perfect temperature at night. The location was perfect—super close to the lake, park, and walking into town. The Condo was super clean and just like the photos. We enjoyed our stay, and we would stay here again when we are back.

We had a fantastic stay here in Avon! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also had a crib and a high chair for us which made travelling with our little one very easy! Highly recommend!

Dolores was so responsive leading up to our stay and also throughout our stay when we had a question! The location is close to many trails and our two pups loved those walks right into town and right around the lake! Spacious apartment too!

Easily walkable to the gondola. Nice, clean, big 1 bedroom with large windows for natural light. Can sometimes get noisy early in morning with trash pickup and snow plows keeping the parking spaces available. Otherwise it’s incredibly quiet and secluded. Perfect for skiing and staying outside of the hotels and resorts. Well heated. Can walk to everywhere in Avon. Would stay here again if visiting beaver creek! :)

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Amenities! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the ski resort, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The balcony was amazing, offering stunning views that made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day with a grill to make an amazing dinner after a long day. The place itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect ski retreat! ⛷️

Mark’s place was amazing! Great location! We came for an event in Vail Village and Mark’s place was right in front of the event. Don’t hesitate to book if you want to be in Vail Village!

Comfortable condo to getaway for a few days. We worked (wifi was great) during the day, then went for hikes on nearby trails or to Vail village with eBikes or free bus. Nights with cool air and the sound of the river. The cozy sunny living room had a small, but nice balcony and view of the Vail Falls. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Host was responsive and friendly, but we didn't need much interaction as everything was there as described.

Great stay at Falcon Point! The place is and furnishings are actually more modern than the pictures suggest. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is very convenient 2 blocks to the Lake Street bus stop for the Avon skier shuttle or walk seven minutes to Avon transportation center to take the Riverfront gondola to Beaver Creek or express bus to Vail. The heated underground parking garage was super convenient as are the ski lockers in the parking garage. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the condo. Checking in was easy, the place was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and nice. We especially loved the shuttle to the Beaver Creek gondola for skiing (pick up and drop off right at the condo elevator doors), and relaxing in the facility's hot tubs/sauna in the evenings! We were also able to easily walk into town (~10-15 min) to get dinner/coffee.

Great stay in Vail! Such a well decorated and stocked condo on the bus line! One of the most proactive and responsive management teams as well!

We had the best time at this rental and would love to come back! Beautiful condo, easy bus ride, SO clean, and it was a perfect place for our family. Close to the playground and Brian even accommodated an early check in, which I know is not always possible when it’s the busy season. We hope to come back next winter and highly recommend!

This condo is in amazing condition and a perfect location just steps from Avon lake. We visited in the summer. Air conditioning worked great. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Appliances are high end. Highly recommend this spot and hosts were great with communication.
