One of the best AirBnBs I ever stayed at. Location is amazing, right in the city center, few steps away from Cascade and lots of restaurants and bars. Still quiet though since windows are to the backyard. The apartment is spacious, very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities you need.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

stayed for a week, the host is very hospitable! arrived at night, so there was a video instruction - everything is clear and clear. The apartment was great,there is everything for life + private territory. There are several animals in the yard (cats and dogs), they are incredibly kind and affectionate. There was no noise or any inconvenience at night. Special thanks to the hostess for her help with all questions
